Recruiting for the Cytali

The Cytali The Cytali are a mixed group of Dreamwalkers marked by Nysel and other Deities who existed predominantly pre-Valterrian throughout Mizahar. The Cytali take the search for lost knowledge to a new dimension leaving the anthropology to the explorers and adventurers and instead dig through the Chevena for lost information. Dreamwalkers search the individual Chavi within the Chavena for that which has been lost and learning it first hand from those that know by mining the memories of the past. Though most of the Cytali are gone, those in the current age who become Dreamwalkers often rediscover their Cytali roots and begin again reforming their old nexus' and gathering lost Dreamwalkers to them helping them remember who they were and who they can be again. I just wanted to post a little blurb about the Cytali and that Sanctuary is starting up its own player faction and bringing this sect of Dreamwalkers out of the past and into the present. Threads are already underway to bring like-minded folks together but we're interested to know who else might be wanting to join. Dreamwalking marks are required or the intent to get one because you can't really function in this group without at least one tag by Nysel. Initially this group will be located in The Sanctuary in Riverfall but we may have little subsects elsewhere later. We are also recruiting for the Ruv'na so that they have some enemies. . I just also wanted to point out that if you don't have a Nysel mark, we can still work things out. I've gotten a couple of PMs about this so that's why I wanted to clarify. It's just something you HAVE to have eventually. I know people that know people who know people.... that sort of thing. The important thing is the roleplay here and that we find out who's interested and get started working on the Sect itself doing past life threads with each other over distances or time and we can work on the logistics of mark acquisitions later. There is actually a whole list of folks that want to be Ruv'na members. Do you want me to start getting you guys in touch? I think Rayage and Sutekh were going to quietly start to spearhead it though with all the NaNo stuff going on I don't think they've had much of a chance to start their coordination. . .

This guy would be interested in being a Cytali. He is an investigative reporter-ish PC and still a blank slate so I wouldn't mind if he was slightly molded by the group's ideologies as well that is to learn about people. Unfortunately he is a Denval PC so I wonder how it would work if the group is in Riverfall? Still I hope it is workable.

We are trying to keep everyone centralized or coming to Riverfall to begin with unless you are a primary pc and completely and utterly active. I'm reluctant because of past issues to include alts or tertiary PCs in plots unless they are fairly active or have a higher post count that shows a long dedication. I don't know if you are new to the site or planning to be really active, but if you give us a bit of time to see how you rolepaly in Denval we can definitely consider you for the Cytali once you've shown you are going to be fairly active and integral to the rp of Denval.

Just let us know when you've established yourself, been in Denval and contributing to the plotlines there for a while, and we'll definitely hook you up. I'm just leery of alts/terts/newbies for a while until they stick around. That's probably better than two posts and a day old wanting into our group. We don't mind new folks, but we just want to see them run around a bit first making their way in the world.

I'd love this for Seodai. Dreamwalking is huge on my wish list for him, anyway. Legion has even written tiny teasers about it into a thread we've done, to start establishing a sort of foundation for it.

I would very much like to have Darik as a Ruv'na member! Also it would be very helpful if you started to get people in touch with each other. Also a suggestion:((I figure you have already thought of this)) Maybe get a consortia section set up for them?
