So the reason I've been away for so long (this time ..) is because the wi-fi router we had completely died and my parents refused to buy a new one for nearly two months. It's not that we didn't have the money, they just WOULDN'T BUY ONE. Do you know how awful it was, going that long without Internet? I feel like I've been starved. ;w;

But, um. I'm alive. Somehow! I'm ready to get back to roleplaying, honestly. :s

Thank you, thank you, it's great to talk to all of you, augh. So today is my Christmas concert (I'm in the school band), and I have to play a solo. I'm not looking forward to it at all because I don't do well in front of crowds. e_e So wish me luck, pl0x.

So .. finals will be over soon. Two more days, that's all I have left. I'm so pumped for it to be over, you have no idea.

So Harper's agenda for the next few threads:

[1.] Be introduced into Glyphing;
[2.] Get a Familiar in the Cobalt Mountains somewhere and come back to the city of Syliras with a new companion;
[3.] Start working hard at Li Mauta and befriend Benoit a little more;
[4.] Join the Knights! (Still being heavily considered ..)

That's all I have for her now, but that should all keep her busy for a while. I wouldn't mind throwing in quite a few social threads either, but I've no idea how to even ask people to do that. I'm way too awkward--offline and online--to ask people to socialize, lol. But we'll see.

Also, I want to get Harper interested in some sort of god/goddess. I think that'll be an important part of her character.

<3<3<3 I remember singing "Ave Maria" in choir when I was in high school. It is such a beautiful song. I may not celebrate Christmas but it really is one of the most wonderful songs this time of year.

I know, it's the exact same way for me! Latin is such a pretty language and the history behind the song (and prayer, I guess, since it's just Hail Mary, lol) is worthy of appreciation.

You should listen to Sarah Brightman's Pie Jesu and Jocelyn Pook's Blow the Wind: Pie Jesu. I'd link you to them, but I need to pass out and I can't figure this computer out in the dark while jet-lagged. But if you listen to those, do let me know what you think.
