NICE. I had a Bamboo Tablet, but my silly mom decided to lose the cord that attaches it to the computer. :|

And by the way, I just wanted to thank you SO much for my over the phone tutorial of photoshop. Annnd for teaching me how to, uh, you know, buy it the cool way, off the internet.

Hahahahaha. I had to pry myself away from the computer last night at around 3:00am. I slept til noon, and now I'm exhausted and ready to do it all over again!

First Try

Yes I busted into it. The eyes are bad. The nose is terrible. But it was fun and took all night. It's a Picasso Tablet. Sure, its an off brand, but it fits neatly over my keyboard and I love it already. I'm still trying to program the gazillion shortcut keys etc. But its been really fun. I'm never going to finish NaNo at this rate.

And Daniel - you're more than welcome.

That is beautiful! Drawing tablet's surely open up a whole lot of other opportunities, can't wait to see what else you come up with

And don't feel guilty for cracking into it, we have to treat ourselves sometimes don't we!

I love it!! I wish I could find my tablet's cord. I might actually use it for something besides a mouse and pad. XD

If it's a Bamboo I believe you can use any run of the mill USB cable, Dan. At least, that's what my Bamboo takes (along with most modern electronics). You can buy them at any electronics place, maybe even Walmart. A quick check on Bestbuy.ca has a 6' USB hub cable at $24.99CAD. I don't know what that translates to in America but it certainly equals 'less than a new tablet'. ;D
