What's a Ticket?

Is a ticket just a thread? I honestly don't know and I just want to be clear on the subject.

A lot of times, a Ticket, is used in terms of posting in the Help Desk. It is just a normal thread but they are refered to as tickets for ease.

Have not heard tickets being used for other threads outside the help desk which is found here: http://www.mizahar.com/forums/help-desk-f9.html

Only you and the founders can see the threads inside it.

Some moderators also use the word ticket to refer to the moderated threads they offer, such as in Tarots signature. This simply means they only pick up a certain number of threads at a time for both their and the players sakes
