Vira shrugged in uncertainty, considering her knees as she replied. "Maybe one day. I would leave it to him as much as fate would allow. But it is what it is, I guess. We will see what the future brings." She offered her friend a forced smile at the dour topic then hurried on to other things to discuss.
When Alori asked her such a forward question, however, the teen was caught completely off-guard. She had taken a sip from the mug and wound up spraying a good bit across the room and onto the broad pane glass that during the day lit the aerie beautifully. "Really? You want to know about that?" She replied incredulously, wiping spittle from her lips and chin as she stared at her friend. The look on Alori's face, however, pretty much confirmed it.
With a sigh and awkward shifting. "Well, I guess it might be different per person, and I've only...only had the two partners." She looked away, rubbing the back of her neck. "But it's kind of wet? And there's lots of friction. And kissing." Vira got a bit of a dreamy look now, her smile slight in reflection. "Lots of kissing. But I guess most of it is just being close with the other. It can be exciting and, uhm...intense; or it can be slow and leisurely. Or a mix of both, I guess. It just depends on the mood."
The endal gave a bit of a laugh as she shifted on the seat. "Our first was kind of awkward, heh. But one you find the rhythym..." She trailed off and grinned at Alori. "What about you? Any special man out there? I don't think you've ever told me about any looove interest."

And that was where the conversation went, joking back and forth about experience or lack there of, talks of new gear at the market, various rumors either of them had heard, until exhaustion took over and demanded they get to bed.
"Hey, Alori-" Vira intoned, getting off the couch finally and stretching, yawning with a hand against her mouth. "You can crash here if you would like. Go fetch a change of clothes. The main room gets cold at night but our bed's big enough." There was nothing intimate about the offer, Vira simply giving her friend somewhere to sleep if she didn't want to go back to the lonely abode she had. Deep down, however, Vira hoped she would stay. The nightmares that still plagued her were always less violent when she was with someone, as Kovac had learned. She didn't shake as much and had stopped screaming, though she still got sick for the ferocity of whatever went on in those dreams. "If the hunt went well, Kovac won't be back until tomorrow. Less dangerous flying in the daylight anyways."
Only after Alori agreed would Vira retreat to the bed chamber. Comfort came, usually, in the nude, but that would be too weird for them, and so Vira swapped out her bryda for a simple shift that hung to her mid-thigh. The material was light and airy and typically a part of another outfit that was worn on outings.
She set to work extinguishing the various candles and braziers then until all but the bedroom was dark, the weak light of night filtered through Mohya and her mates aerie, casting eerie shadows across the room. Vira said her good nights to the birds then, offering Tulaj a treat but receiving a spoiled-bird nip instead. "Stubborn git..." She chastised him then turned away, heading for the bedroom and climbing onto Kovac's side. It was time to sleep at last. Having had the talks with Alori, Vira genuinely felt better. Maybe she would bring the concern up with Kovac when he came home tomorrow.
These thoughts filled her head and helped soothe her nightmares just a little bit as she faded off into sleep, passing a murmured "Night." off to her friend and sister.

Mohya was not pleased with the decision of the man and shifted on restless feet. She considered staying for a time longer, but eventually ceded his concern that his work was accounted for and left, pressing on his mind that she would get a Dek to take the harness off at the Nesting Aeries. It was less work and less waiting. Kovac could make the hike on his own.
