[Alvadas] False Impressions

Literally the only reason me myself is here is because I mentioned how I'd like to create an Alvadas character in chat and someone called me out on it. Oh, and because of Kit Rowan. Never even talked to her, but her PC inspired Aislyn in a multitude of ways.

Also, what is the fee for the Sunken Conundrum for non-residents (since Summer is technically not one). It doesn't specify...can we make it up?

I also thought Alvadas would be the best city of costumes and the like, since nothing is what it seems.

And as for the fee...Hmm... I will come up with one. If you can float by it in your thread with something generic, when I come up with the fee, you can add it. I think it should be relatively cheap. Maybe 5sm?
