If so, then you really only need to PM Marionette and/or Mirage to get approval for a business here. Once that is done, you just submit your plan for approval here. Be sure to include some reference to having gotten local ST approval.

And then you wait for the "Approved" ribbon from Gillar , OR the dreaded "Hammer and Anvil" intervention , if there are issues.

Once approved, there may or may not be a thread required to establish it's in-game existence.

So many new(ish?) faces coming to party this season in the city of illusions. We're still a small place, but I'm proud of the progress we're making! Now, I have gotten a lot of PM's about jobs, ledgers, Mizahar creatures, quests, and the like, so I'm sorting through it. Some of the stuff I do have to run by my higher up to make sure I have the green to take on this kinda stuff, but I hope to have responses to those who have contacted me.

Also, welcome to the city, Lani! Glad to have you join us. Oh, and I would like to have a public apology for not having the seasonal goals up yet. OTL That is completely my fault and I am sorry. I just need some more time.

Fall has just started less than 20 days ago, and so I think this is the best time address this: Living Expenses.

Most of you have jobs, or should. If this is the case, you should not be taking poor or squalor living expenses every season. Some of you have come across hard times and I know that there wasn't always an active ST in Alvadas. Now, that is not a viable excuse. Unless it is part of your character's story line (and even then, I may question why), then common is to be considered. Poor is not squalor, but your character is basically a sort of nomad. They live in tents, there is no house. Maybe rent a room every once in awhile. They sleep on a bed roll, they might try to steal occasionally if things get rough (Don't get caught!), or even go to bed hungry every once in awhile. Bathing routinely isn't always a thing, so if I see anyone role playing outside of their financial means this season, then I'm gonna sic the Womiyu on you. Or we'll just have a little chat. It will depend on my particular mood that day.

Seriously though can I just say how glad I am that Alvadas is not dead anymore?

Like for real in June it was just Kuv and a couple of people wrapping up threads from 2012, and now we have 11 PCs here and an AS and a DS.
