Peace and quiet. Kvist knew he was being a bit selfish heading into the woods surrounding Sunberth like this, but he needed some time away from all the fighting and drama of the city. Always did people seek reasons to kill their fellow men, either for better status, for a petty sum of gold – sometimes even silver – the wilderness was better. Simpler. He took a deep breath as he stepped between a pair of close standing trees. He was wearing his steel chainmail, left hand upon the composite shortbow, the other holding the string and a nocked arrow. He might enjoy the relative freedom and quiet out here, but he was still out hunting. Putting an arrow in a prey would do him good. Though he was realistic – he had never been a hunter. Nor would he ever make a particularly good one. But it was only a handy excuse to get out of the city.

The quiver hung loosely on his back. The pair of blades were on his hips. The Peacekeeper on the left and the smaller cold iron dagger on the right. He had been out prowling for prey in the past several bells. He could tell by Syna's treck across the sky that it was well past midday and nearing evening. Kvist felt peaceful, face relaxed and although eyes still threw a guarded glance from side to side, this was the calmest he had been all season. He carried a backpack with the bare necessities – emergency food-supplies. Survival kit with tools to create a makeshift camp. But that was it. And of course a large leather skin for water.

The knight stopped midstep. Heard a rustle of leaves. Prey? He lowered his mass low. Shifted his balance to favour the backleg. Got ready to draw the bow and make the creature in question regret making noise. Lumbering out from behind bushes came a large boar. Its tusks long and ragged from years of wear and tear. Kvist drew a deep breath and looked at the animal. If he could take that down they would have food for a while. Better yet, might endear them to some of the locals through charity. The animal seemed to not have noticed him. Kvist slowly drew the bow and rose to his full height again. Calmed himself as he aimed at the animal. The wind was neglible, no need factoring in that for this shot.

He released the arrow. It burrowed itself into the creatures left hindleg and is squealed loudly as it panicked. Unfortunately for Kvist, it panicked in his direction. Kvist made no assumption that he could take on a boar in a charge at him, so he pivoted in the spot and sprinted away from the enraged creature. He could hear the thundering hooves behind him and he threw a glance over his shoulder. His face swung about again in time to realize that the ground he had assumed was level suddenly had a steep drop.

”Shyke!” Was the first word as he realized it was too late to stop. Rather than fight it, he embraced the situation and jumped to clear himself of the edge. For he had seen the glimmer of water on the bottom. His only hope was that it was deep enough to break his fall. His adrenaline peaked at that moment. Felt a rush of life and fear as he was in free fall. Spread his arms to give himself the illusion of control. Feet first as he didn't want to hit head first. Too late he realized that perhaps he should have gone for a full body splash. Though that was too late now. He let out a primal shout as he descended.

The feet broke the calm surface of the water. Cut through it like a knife. Twohundred and sixty pounds of man and equipment thrust through the serene water. Broke his fall almost before he reached the bottom of the water. Left foot was not as lucky. Slapped against the bottom. He let out of thick cascade of bubbles in sheer agony. Right foot pushed away and he emerged from the water.

The knight blinked as he broke the surface again. Turned to see the boar tumble down the steep edge of the cliff. Land on the ground with a sickening thud. Even in his confused state, Kvist could see that the creature had been torn open several places. Bleeding profusely near the water's edge. Poor creature would not have long to live as it trashed there on the ground. He should put it out of its misery. The knight tried to move but winced as his left leg exploded in pain. He gasped and lights danced before his eyes.

”Petch...” He grit his teeth together as he dragged himself to the edge of the water. The pain biting into his ankle. As he finally cleared himself he was breathing quickly. Bit his teeth together and swung about and suppressed a loud yell of misery. Still, the sound escaped muffled through his teeth.

Petching typical.

So far, Tara's day had been rather relaxing. She'd woken up relatively early this morning. Making the decision to stay around her den and see where to plant her recently purchased seeds. Which came at a high price due to their rarity. This decision was very important to her. One good tree could last her a season or two.

That is if she picked the right area. Her mind raced, as she held a kit in her hand. There was a natural raised rock with a flat surface where she sat to examine most of her herb or medical related works. Carefully she opened a small wooden draw, filled with various items. Her rare seeds were tucked away in a very thin drawer. Tara most likely overreacted with how she treated these unborn seedlings.

Her fingers moved quick, placing them all in a straight line. Tara's green eyes examined what little amount she had. Counting them out, she had exactly five seeds. Without even having to take her eyes off of the seeds she grabbed a small pot, it was not currently filled with soil. Placing it from across her, Tara examined her possessions, tapping her fingers on the stone and trying to decide on which she'd plant first.

That's when her moment of thought was interrupted and to which she did not have the best reaction. Even though she made no noise she jumped up and her eyes fluttered about for a tick. The sound of crashing water and a voice was enough to distract her. Defensively she shifted in her tiger form. Quickly she retracted her claws, as not to make any noise when walking on the surface of the cave. Tara unhesitatingly made her way to the sounds, there was another sound directly after the shouting.

A squealing hog. It's screams would attract predators all around. The fresh scent of two bloods filled her pink flaring nostrils. As she got to the entrance of her cave, she stayed low. Her shoulders were slightly higher than she intended though. First she looked towards her water source.

There was a man, presumed human by his attributes. He was armored, very well. One of his weapons seemed to be floating next to him. It was a priority to get that before he could. Whether his intentions were noble or not. She wouldn't take a chance. Slowly she begun to emerge from her shadows.

Large amber iris studied the boar next. Tara hadn't eaten a full meal and this could be what she needed. Now her mind was torn. It's blood muddied part of the water and it would be a few days until that source of water would even be remotely safe enough to drink. She'd have to take a leap of faith. The man seemed to be injured, she assumed he couldn't move as quick as her in his state. One quick bite and the pig would stop it's painful screeching.

Her long body begun to fully exit her den. A long tail twitched behind her. With shoulders bearing prominent strength Tara moved swiftly. Glancing at the man for a tick to make sure he hadn't a weapon raised she made a quick move. Running with deadly speed she was on the boar. It's brown body squirmed with all it's might.

Thick and heavy hooves kicked hopelessly but after Tara's claws came out and she dug them harshly into it's pelt, holding it down, it was over in the blink of an eye. With the bite force equivalent, if not stronger, bite force to crush bone with in a matter of ticks. Sharp white teeth were around it's throat. Her grasp was tightly welded around it. The nerves in the boar twitched and a soft noise came from it's mouth and then it fell completely limp. Looking up from her kill her eyes came in contact with the man's but she made no sudden movements.

Blood dripped from her once-clean pelt, which she would spend hours later just to get the stains out of her ginger and white fur.

The squealing boar was unsettling to listen to as it went through its death throes. But Kvist was entirely too far away to do anything about it and someone had once told him to be wary when approaching an injured animal. That held doubly true when he himself was also injured. He looked around in the strange hole he had fallen into. All the edges seemed too steep for him to climb. At least at the moment. Give him a couple of bells to recover and he might be able to climb out. He had enough food, that much was for sure. He sucked in breath through his teeth. The leg really hurt, more than it ought to. He leant forward to take a closer look at the ankle. Pulled up the pants and although it appeared to be not broken he slid a finger down the side. Teeth bit together and subdued another shout of pain.

A shout that turned into wide eyes. The knight forgot about the pain as a large predator ran across the grounds. Golden haired feline creature moved with grace. Paws touched ground and in majestic movements sent itself forward. Claws extended and Kvist kicked at the ground with his good leg and pushed himself several inches away from the grisly scene as the creature ended the life of the boar. It was a beautiful creature - but it was still an animal made for killing. A predator. Kvist had best get as far away as possible.

Thank Sylir it went for the boar and not me. But why the petch is there a tiger in the hole I fall into...

Kvist reached for the Peacekeeper. Drew the cold iron bastard sword and held it ready to impale the beast should it come to attack him. Not for a moment did he acknowledge the pain beyond the occasional grimace and sigh when it became too much to bear. He needed to reach the edge. Get a solid wall behind him so the tiger could not get to him.

It is a female right? Male tigers have giant manes. So this must be a female. I hope to the gods that there are no cubs in her cave, otherwise I am in big trouble. Where is her mate. Must be around here somewhere. Without thinking turned his torso and looked behind himself. Convinced that the creature was there, snuck up on him. But no. No great mane roared at him. He turned back to the female tiger. Golden eyes met his emerald eyes. The boar no longer moved and Kvist felt no pity. It was for the best. Better it than him at any rate.

"It is okay..." Kvist spoke in a calm voice he could hardly believe belonged to himself. "I am not here to hurt you. Just... dropped by - and you just keep that boar. Much too big for me to eat it." He tried to calm the creature. It had tasted blood and Kvist knew not if that was enough to sate it. A creature of that size must eat a lot to maintain herself. Kvist dragged himself a little further away from the tiger. Holding his sword a little tighter.

Tara acted as though this man would steal her fresh kill. Her jaw was opened slightly, hoovering over the fresh kill. There was an almost absolute silence other than the low grumbling emerging from the depths of her throat. Immediately when her eyes found his clutched weapon. Slowly the fur surrounding her mouth began to rise, bearing pink gums and black lips. Her large ears flattened tightly to the back of her skull.

A long tail flickered behind her, showing signs of dangerous emotion. While this man was injured she knew better than to attack directly is at all. When he spoke she was caught off guard, it was made apparent he knew not of her race. Tara considered making her human side known to him. Although it was dangerous for her to be outside of her animal form it was the best way she could avoid spilled blood. Slowly her facial feature begun to return to their normal state, which was still not very welcoming with dark blood stains.

A bright pink ridged tongue met the liquid, it was quite a nice taste even for blood. Now was a better time then ever to reveal her human form. Shifting she was still leaned over her departed prey. Her arm came up and wiped what excess blood was not already dry. Tara remained silent for a tick or so.

Examining what she could in a matter of time. His wound was the first thing that came to her mind, if he wasn't healed soon he wouldn't even make it back to the city. The wolves would pick him off before he got close. But, she wouldn't underestimate his power appearance from what gore he had. Although Tara was not armed in her human form she still posed some what of a threat. Standing up she reverted to her full height.

Her voice was soft but, and in a way carried a harsh meaning with them even when not intended.
“Your weapon.”Nodding towards she she added soon after,“Lay it down and I wont attack.” Tara felt as though he wouldn't and she'd be surprised if he did. She had little trust for anyone outside of her minuscule group of aquantinces.

The petch do I do if it attacks... Wait for a lunge? Then lean back and impale it before those vicious claws can get me? Oh gods, let that creature stay away. Be content with the boar kitty! - Kvist tightened his grip on the hilt a little and forced himself to breathe steadily. Those golden eyes stared right at him. Stared right into his soul as if waiting for him to do something stupid. He saw a fierce creature in there, but he also saw flicker of intelligence. More than most beasts. Its tail swung behind her, large motions, a hunter ready to attack, a predator waiting for the opportune moment to strike again. Leave the knight as the dessert dish. He saw Dira in those eyes. Danger lurked and Kvist felt a sliver of excitement mingle with the fear and utter disbelief. Of all the holes he fell into, this one was occupied by a enormous predator.

Twirling lights suddenly appeared. Kvist squinted to see through the strange dancing lights and as quickly as they appeared they were gone again. In the stead of the predator was a young woman. Eyes widened. Dark skin and blood upon her jaw and lips. The blood splatter upon her skin made her look grizzly and the features were very predatory still, despite the human face Kvist still felt like he was dealing with a dangerous creature. Best not to feel too at easy around this tiger-woman.

"Kelvic." He muttered under his breath, a wave of relief washed over him. It was not a mindless predator he was dealing with, but a quasi human creature capable of reason. The woman rose to her full height and Kvist resisted the temptation to gawk at her feminine features and kept his gaze entirely upon her visage. He visibly relaxed himself at the revelation, shoulders eased a little. The breath less rapid. The pain from the leg a little more pronounced. She spoke, smoother than he had thought she would as an animal - which did indicate she probably often spent time in Sunberth. Kvist looked to his blade and then to the woman again. He sensed no deception in her voice - felt it was not a ruse to get him to lower his weapon for a possible ambush. Eyes narrowed for a brief moment before he let a smile crack the tension. The Peacekeeper swished across and he sheathed the blade in a single smooth motion. It was best if he went all the way and showed the kelvic trust. The leg reminded him of his situation which had significantly improved. At least he was no longer conversing with a tiger.

"Alright - Sounds like a deal. For I have no interest in fighting you." His voice was still oddly calm despite the strangeness of the entire situation. Though with a pained edge as his leg kept pulsating with pain. "I hope I didn't accidentally invade your territory, if so I apologize, I was trying not be gored by the boar." He gazed back to his leg. "I would leave you to your home, but, well... Seems I've busted my leg, so I am not walking anywhere in the near future." He winced a little because of the leg as he placed pressure upon it with his hand. Testing the boundaries of his tolerance and he spoke the truth. It would be a while before he had the strength to climb out of this odd place. How much he would give for S'Essy and her healing hands now. That'd be a godsend. Though it was probably only sprained, that did not detract from the fact he was going to be spending some time out here before he could get on his feet again and come home. "Unless you happen to be marked by Rak'keli?" Kvist leant back a little and was glad he had his backpack to lean against.

Taking in the crisp air she watched his every move. In her silence she took a knee, right next to the water. Her bare feet gripped tiny pebbles below her, it was almost like she used them for support. Reaching into the lake Tara cleaned her face of what blood was left and the dried areas. Once she was some what satisfied with herself she listened to his words. Her head was turned but her green eyes were looked on the stranger.

The boar was rather large and it would be hard out of her animal form but she'd try. Reaching down she gripped it's back legs. Nodding she accepted the man's apology. When the question was posed about Rak'keli she merely scoffed.
“She'd never-” Tara paused for a minute and yanked the carcass forward a few steps then continued. “She'd never waste her time on me.” The Kelvic was basically a loss cause. She'd turn her back on an wounded enemy without hesitation. Tara would never take such a commitment.

She took in a deep breath and heaved the animal a few more steps before she was close enough to her den. Her muscles hurt from the weight of the boar, her human form wasn't exactly build for dragging weight much heavier than she. Her tiger form? Now that was a different story. Tara had to think about her next move. She was his best chance at survival, she knew the safe paths back to Sunberth, her hands while not blessed by Rak'keli Tara still posses the knowledge of medicine and healing. Not to mention she had what was meant to be his next meal.

Quickly what little medical tools and supplies ran through her head. Although she may not have any alcohol to purge a wound, she would have to use what ever she could find that was safe. Finally Tara spoke up, her walk was light on the pebbles and her eyes still as watchful as ever. His wound may slow him down and his weapon may be sealed but she had no idea what he was like, or how strong he was. She'd rather not test him. She began to move around until she was across from him. She lifted her chin and asked simply,
“Can you walk?” It was clear he was in pain, maybe all he would need was a shoulder support if it was worse Tara would be forced to carry him, some what.

After all he did look as though he out weighted her human form but quite a bit.

Kvist watched silently as the woman washed her face in the polluted lake. He felt a twinge of guilt for crashing into it with the soon-to-be carcass of a boar to spread blood and other bodily fluids into the liquid pool. Probably her drinking water. Kvist tore his eyes from the female form and looked at the surrounding land around the pool. Seeking a cave or nest where the tiger could have come from, for somehow the predator had managed to cross the ground and kill the boar from seemingly nowhere. It piqued his curiosity. He wanted to ask the woman herself, but this was Sunberth and asking too many questions too fast might cause her to revert into the tiger and give him a very bad day. Or worse, abandon him to rot in this hole. The knight could not see any signs of a cave, none from this angle at least and he saw no places built into a camp or a nest in the vicinity. It was peculiar. Perhaps the cave hid behind an outspring? Or the tiger had chosen to make her camp in a tree and had chased down the steep hill to secure the kill? A coincidence that she was present? He didn't buy it, but he wouldn't press her for the information. His brief time with Sunberth told him there was a reason she stayed out of the city. The low life scum of the city wouldn't mind capturing a tiger kelvic. Probably fetch a good price. Kvist shook his head at the cruel inhumanity of the city. Out the corner of his eyes he caught her looking in his direction and emerald eyes met hers. Noticing now the green colour. Saw her lean over and try to drag the boar away and despite his ease around naked people it was hard not to stare as she bent forward to grab the hind legs of the boar.

He averted his gaze just in time to focus on the boar and grimace a little, not due to the pain of his leg, but because of the way she spoke about Rak'keli. The lack of confidence in the great goddess who had saved Markus' life beyond count and granted him a companion he could only cherish. But her dismissal only cemented the fact that Kvist was not getting an easy ticket out of here. It angered him a little that she'd speak of Rak'keli in such a manner. The goddess did much for everyone, probably the tiger too without her knowing it.

"Nonsense. Never lose faith. The great gods always have their believers in their sight. So have faith in Rak'keli." Kvist tried to say reassuringly and brighten her mood a little. Inject some of his strong faith into her. He was utterly convinced of his own words. He spoke the truth. Not a sliver of doubt in his deep rooted faith. He silently watched as she dragged the boar a little further. Step by step neared a place he assumed was her cave. From his position he could not really see any large entrance. A smaller one perhaps to hide the existence of a tigers den. Without realizing it Kvist sat there and judged her body as she used her human strength to drag the carcass. Exposed muscles in the gaze of Syna, flexing and struggling. No doubt soon a glistening layer of sweat would appear as well and Kvist would have to avert his gaze lest he be unfaithful in his mind. Easier said than done in this case. The woman looked to him, watchful still and Kvist calmly looked back at her as he sat there immobilized. He wished he could have helped her with the boar. At least of be some use, but he could barely move without the leg protesting in pain. Even sitting made it pulsate in waves of pain. The posed question was easy to answer in that regard and Kvist's shoulder rose in a little shrug.

"I don't think so." Kvist placed his hands flatly against the ground next to his bum. Fingers pressed against the mixture of pebbles, stones and sand. Some dug into the exposed skin as he used his upper strength to raise his entire body with relative ease. But as the leg moved he felt a surge of pain drain away his strength. He blinked in pain and a grimace crossed the face and replaced the cautious soft smile. Arms gave away and he fell on his bum with a small yelp. He sucked in air through the teeth trying to subdue and ignore the pain. He couldn't stay here. He needed to get out of there before nightfall. Or get the tiger to help him through the night.

"I can't even get up without help." Kvist admitted readily. It was the simple truth and the tiger seemed more interested in securing the boar than she did attacking him for his possessions. A thoughtful expression drove away the pained one for a brief moment. The Kelvic he had met back in the day had spoken of a bondmate. Someone they could sense through their bond? His memory was a little fuzzy on the subject. But that might mean there was a bondmate lingering about somewhere. Perhaps the pristine naked body of the tiger was a distraction? Kvist knocked those thoughts clear of his mind straight away. Sunberth was beginning to make him paranoid. Seeing shadows and danger where none existed.

"I know you don't know me and have no reason to trust me. But I promise I have no intention of doing you any harm. I swear by the great god Tyveth, lord of justice." He did not know if a forest dwelling kelvic would know Tyveth, but one might hope. "And I could really use your help. So please?" He said extending his hand to her. Testing the reaction. See how utterly petched he might truly be.

The man spoke about belief, which Tara shared no heart in. It had been quite sometime that the Kelvic could place her trust in a higher power. For the time she was enslaved in Kenash it was easy for her to forget her faith and eventually lose it. Only able to offer a nod she had no particular comment but her mind did distract it's self at the thought of the Gods. Tara's eyes watched the man struggle, she felt bad about how much pain he was in but, knowing that she could help him did lift her mood some what. Her mind was diverted from the problem at hand and found herself shaking off a feeling of the uncomfortable situation that never happened upon her, she only was wearing her tan skin.

A gentle blush was on the tops of her cheeks but she flushed the color out. Crossing her arms for a second she looked at his hand and rejected it.
“I'm going to help you get into my den.”Thoughts rushed through her brain of how to get him into the cave quickly and safely. “Lets make a deal, if I trust you. You trust me.” Before she could get an answer she shifted into her animal form. Tara's ears were no risen to the full extent as she moved a little closer to him. The smell of blood was even more thick when she got closer to the injured man. Extremely extended whispers moved in sync with the Kelvic's movements.

Her pink nostrils flared as her nose grazed the side of his body, trying to get a full reading on his scent. Large eyes examined his form, he defiantly was attractive, no doubt. White paws moved around the pebbles underneath her thick pads, long black claws retracted slowly and lowered her defence slightly. Tara's body was placed fully on the ground, her head lowered to the ground but her eyes watched cautiously as if the man could end her existence right now. If he could at least throw himself over her back or hold himself up with her support then they'd get to her den easily. People and trust in Sunberth were to complete opposites.

The Sunberth community was a d population that ranged from the daily scum to the wannabe heroes. Finding someone who was decent and actually produced trust was a diamond in the ruff.

Markus spirits lowered a little as she did not move to grasp his hand. Was she to leave him to his own faltering strength? If so it was going to be a very long day. But he extended his trust to her, she seemed uninterested in killing him. Tiger form would have been better if that was her intention. The knight got a soft smile when she realized her naked body and covered herself with her arms. He had thought she didn't care about such things, the previous kelvic cat he had met had had no qualms with being naked. If he wasn't wrong she had even said she didn't care if people saw her naked. Kvist pushed those thoughts aside as she spoke to him. Offering her help, or rather, claiming she would help him into her den. The very den that Kvist had yet to locate. He hoped it was nearby because the idea of walking very far on the injured leg didn't sound very intriguing to him. If only S'Essy was around with her divine magic to nurse him back to health. Kvist was about to open his mouth and respond when she spoke of trust. He was to trust her if she trusted him? Sunberth had taught him not to trust people, most were swindlers or brigands looking for gold at every corner. Kvist knew the monetary value of the gear he had with him. It would sustain a family for a year if sold to the right person. This tiger on the other hand, what would she use gold for? She lived beyond the reach of the city. Would she know the inherent value of the Peacekeeper? Or would she see it for the beauty and usefulness that Kvist treasured it? It was something he could ponder for days. But deep inside part of him trusted her. Trusted her because she had shown her true colours as a kelvic. That she had chosen to talk with him rather than to attack in her vastly stronger animal form.

All that changed in the single moment when instead of a young beautiful tanned woman next to him, there was a large tiger within arms reach. Instinctively Kvist moved away from the tiger. The shock of suddenly sitting face to face with a gigantic predator sent the chills down his spine and the pain back up again when he moved the leg in response. "Holy shyke." Kvist said as he put a hand against his chest as the heart under the armour, flesh and bones pounded away with renewed energy. The other arm shot back to stabilize him from falling over and lying against the pebbles like a turtle on his back. He looked at her wide eyed as she put her nose to his body and took a whiff of him. Relax Kvist, calm down. She's a kelvic. Not a wild tiger. Kvist stared at the giant beast with wide eyes. A little frightened of it still, but also amazed by her well kept fur. The pure white colour mixed with the deeper fawnish colour and the deep orange lines. "Woah." His voice full of amazement. A predator through and through, but one of the most elegant ones he had seen and she looked absolutely gorgeous. And looked very much like she was ready to bite his head off if he made a wrong move. Despite that, part of him felt like reaching out and scratching her behind the ear when she laid down next to him. Flat on her belly and Kvist took a tick or two before he realized her intention. To carry him to her den in her animal form. Kvist had never ridden a Kelvic before. Never ridden anything but horses.

Best if I don't call it riding... She might be upset if compared to a beast of burden...

Kvist mused to himself as he reached back and removed his backpack with a little trouble. No reason to burden her with all of his gear when she was being so generous. As he sat there and prepared himself for the task of pulling himself over her back like a bag of grain he remembered his very wet clothes. How he would get her thick beautiful fur wet. Kvist reached over and placed a hand on the opposite site of her. Almost sighed as his hand sunk into the deceptively soft and comfortable fur.

"Gods your fur is soft. Sorry. Just... Wow. It is really amazing." Kvist furrowed his brow as he shut up and instead counted down in a low murmur. The tiger could probably hear the three numbers as they descended in value. As one was said he pulled himself up. Teeth grit together as he dragged the leg across the pebbles. There was nothing graceful about his movements. Limbs dragged and flailed now and then, but within relatively short time he managed to swing his right leg across her lower back and position himself on her back. Lying flat up against her feline body. Sunk into the soft fur. Left arm moved down the side of her neck. Right leg against her side. Trying to hold on. Right lower arm was in his own mouth as he bit down hard. Through the teeth in his own hand he murmured a barely understandable. "Go. Go." Once more he wished he had a member of the opal with him now. There to heal away the pain. But once more he sucked up the pain and rather than whine and complain, endured it.

His body was heavy, when you added onto to the clothing he wore. Tara's ears moved slowly, when listening to the man her ear rotated itself to the side while the other stayed perked up. She was rather surprised when she was complemented by him. Sunberth was a harsh place and not many people every commented on her appearance, from when she'd seen in reflections, she wasn't all that. If she was in her human form Tara most likely would have blushed and thanked him under her breath. Instead she offered a what thank you she could through a soft, deep purr from her throat. As he struggled onto her back, she waited patiently for him to situate himself.

To ensure that he not fall right off the slip right off of her. Doing as she was commanded, her movements were slow, and gentle. Tara lifted herself, carefully, this man was heavy but she could endure it. After all, it would be quicker than her trying to bare his weight in her human form. Large paws cover the pebbles underneath them, there was no words being exchanged at the tick. The sound of small rocks rotating and pushing against each other and song birds above them were the only audible sound. Turning to the side, she moved along a little raised rock slate, a few more steps and the den entrance would be visible. Distracted by the smell of blood she shifted her eyes and looked at the deceased boar to the side of her.

Tara's first instinct was to drag it away. But, her priorities were set. Slowly, her body got lower and lower to the ground. There it was, a cave entrance that reached to the height of three inches or so. Tara's mind told her not to bring the man inside of her den, surely she would repair him and only to have her killed. Despite these thoughts she pressed on. With caution and warinesses of the man on her back Tara got made it under with him still intact.

Stalagmites were lined up, all of large sizes and pointed precariously towards the cave opening. It was natural to avoid the pointed rocks. Upon entering the celling was rather low, but it extended to a height of at least twenty feet high. The interior was quiet a sight. Although it was just another ordinary cave, items were placed in cracks and shelves inside of the walls. There were obvious signs of intelligent organization. Lighting wasn't much of an issue, half of the den opening was in shade but still had areas where light rays shun through.

As the tiger moved more inside of her home, she would have to place down her “patient” and tend to her surroundings. Such as cleaning off her rock slate, starting a fire, properly cloth herself out of common decadency, and drag in the hog carcass. She could almost taste the animal now. Tara wasn't sure where to place the man exactly. There was the option of her hay bunch but his blood would ruin it, not to mention it wasn't in the most cleanliest conditions. She decided to place him on the cave surface, which was uncomfortable to be placed on but, he'd have to bare it whilst she clean and prepare it for his injury for examination. Once again, she lowered herself to the ground and lowered her head, allowing him to get down.
