[OOC] Ivory Heart

As I said this I remembered that there may be a few things that will become city events, such as the Tower's policies on who learns magic from them and how all of that works. Things such as that I will see if I cannot make into a city event type change, but things like the cities views on magic and what magics are and are not allowed need to be guttered immediately and to the core. As I said I will do everything I can to make this as easy to transition into as possible

Mirage, I hope that this will work out well.

What I hope ist that you will do is start a new and serious development thread for this change project only. And please run new major desing desisions there for review with the players. I think you will get better viewpoints and help that way than by running it in the OOC thread.

After I have made the major changes to the magical system and some other areas of Lhavit I will open a development thread specifically for some things that players may want to see updated or incorporated into their city. I am very happy to hear from everyone who has any questions about what these changes will mean for their PC, and if any of you have noticed something in Lhavit that seemed odd, strange or just plain baffling that made no sense to them please send me a PM! I have already had PMs from a few of you that pointed some things out I myself missed! I am happy to see my players here are really getting behind this and helping me as we move forward. So do not fear, all will be well and fixed up very soon ^.^
