It consists of a small temple dedicated to Dira which is open to the public, and attached are a small business office and a mortician's surgery. The building sits on and a sizeable graveyard which has its own groundskeeper cottage.

Spiritism Services

While you do not need to price out every possible service that a Spiritist may perform, you should include examples of what kinds of related services are offered. Of course deals between PCs can be made on a case by case basis but for the sake of completeness, I would like to see some examples of the services you offer as a Spiritist. Since you also are an Eiyon, I would make mention of, even if it is more of a spiritual, non-cost-related piece, possible religious services. While such things aren't directly related to a business plan, it helps round it out and creates a good foundation for the plan that will guide the rest of your business. When I say religious services, in relation to Dira, I am thinking of things like counseling those who have lost a friend or loved one; an Eiyon is uniquely enlightened in the nature of death and through their acceptance and comfort with it may be able to help others understand the loss of someone close and better accept it. Leading celebrations of certain death-related holidays (work with the attending Storyteller on this; you may even try and create one through RP. Such things would go well in leading up to increased Gnosis marks). Although you're character is not a Priestess as far as marks go, it is not out of the question to at least try and play the part. You embody the job you want, not the one you currently have. If you are the only established Eiyon in the city, that helps a lot.

So a little fleshing out of minor details is all that is required for this approval. As always, this approval is only for the plan itself. Any NPCs must be approved through the Help Desk and the actual location of the business must be approved by the attending Storyteller.
