I've received advice on my writing, constructive, not so constructive, and mostly unwanted, but rarely have I been offended by it. I don't agree with a lot of it, and I tell Laz about most of those incidences, but all it is is frustrating. Never has anyone been malicious about my writing. If anyone sees themselves in these descriptions, I just want to say I don't hate you. :P

And while I always put writing above points, I won't say I'm not fond of the more technical part of this game. I'd love to see grades more consistent and storytellers more attentive, instead of searching for the word Acrobatics or Persuasion or Dagger in order to give a point. At he same time, if I think a grade is less than I was hoping for, I'm not offended by the storyteller who gave it. It's a fun aspect of the site that should be addressed, but it's not the point to get riled up about it.

On that note, I love you Laz and I'm sincerely honored that you went through all this trouble. It's true I should probably be more assertive, but maybe I should also let it be and focus more on my plots, haha.

Vic, I absolutely love how you write, it's just so unique and fresh. Of course, that means people will urge you to change it so it fits it with their perception of 'the right way to write', but don't ever change for XP or I'll kill you in a horrifying way, m'kay?

In general, the whole thing about changing your writing just to get more XP just stupefies me. I'd much rather be a better writer than get more imaginary points for my character.

As a sidenote, Vic's real name is Julian? Huh. I never knew.

You don't need to be more assertive, you're fine the way you are. Sometimes it helps me audit myself, since I can tend to be too assertive. xD The three of us are very different people, but I like to think we compliment and balance each other out. <3

Welcome to Mizahar! We love newcomers and we're all eager to help you get started on your new Mizahar adventures! I just want to remind you of this one thing: please consider that the mantra "rules were made to be broken" is not to be taken literally. That phrase is supposed to mean you should test your PERSONAL limits as an individual, saying you CAN become a Syliran Knight even IF you're a Zith, but it takes hard work, risk, and dedication to your cause. It does NOT mean that you should be able to make a Kelvic snake with 5 different forms because the rules say you can't. OOC rules cannot be broken. Mizaharian status quo CAN. See how it works?
