Down to business, The name of the knight order is the The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights. They are similer in nature I guess to the slyrian knights but all knight order's are similer or even the same at the core.
Here's all the future information of the order. I made it into a wiki page pretty much. We do basically everything from magic to smithing to killing.lol For ranking, I don't really care, pick a rank on what you think your character would have honestly. Just remember that the order will not look like this for awhile.

The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights are a military order of men and women dedicated to defending the force's of light and the destruction of the Force's of darkness from Mizahar. They worship the Goddesse's Priskill and Avalis and tech there ideals to it's member's. Since the Priskil Knights were only formed 6 year's ago, there number's reach only the hundreds though the few campaign throughout Mizahar agianst the force's of darkness, the unholy and the undead and bring them to Priskil's divine light and heal Mizahar with Avalis blessing's.
Pre History
After The War of the Red Diamond had ended, Sir Nicholas, The Fallen Knight of Syliran had built a Shrine to the Goddess Priskil in his house. Over time his wife, his past bodyguard's and even his friend's fell to his influence over his worship of the Goddess of Hope and Light,Priskil. After some time had passed, Nicholas had resigned from the Syliran Knights after being despressed and being described as broken since the Battle of Hero Mountain. He could no longer handle the pressure and the responsibility of being an officer. After he resigned, He sold all he own besides his armor and arm's which was given to him by his father, Lord Waltis. Soon Enough One day came along and Nicholas with his Wife, his former bodyguards, his friends and some follower's departed the city of Sylrian and for a time traveled throughout Mizahar, going to every region and exploring there customs and culture. As they traveled through region, through region more followers joined his group. Eventually they made there way to Konti Isle, to the city of Mura in which they were greeted extremely friendly towards the groups, especially Nicholas due to his past status. They stayed in Mura for a few month's and in those few month's Nicholas follower's began speaking of forming an order of knight's to serve Priskil, to serve the light and bring hope to the unwary and destroy the darkness in mizahar. Nicholas heavily disagreed this idea at first since for the first time in year's, he was happy and felt like the man he was was before the war. Eventually however his followers including his wife were able to convince him otherwise after doing month's of discussion,recordings and planning. Sometime in early 505 AV, Nicholas offically formed the The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights with him being picked as Grandmaster of the order.
Early History
Much work had to be done. After the The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights was formed, All the follower's now knight's gathered all there coin and bought there large amount of supplies to construct there headquaters. It's known that a dozen Konti craftswomen volunteered and helped in the construction of there temple. After only a year and 6 month's, there temple was completed. Being temple had many origins Nicholas called the temple Ark although it was given the nickname The Reach later on due to it not being just one design. Soon after there order became operational within there temple and became known, Nicholas the fallen was summoned to a council by V'nessi Ulvalin which he came. V'nessi Ulvalin demanded that his order could not exiest within her walls or recruit Konti women unless they follow the way's of Avalis and worshipped her. Nicholas happily agreed to the demands seeing it was her city and his order were guests even if Nicholas himself worshipped Avalis. Nicholas then offered his knight's as protecters of Mura and all what she owned. They both agreed what was laid on the table and would try to friendly towards each other.
Following the Council with V'nessi Ulvalin, she allowed the The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights to stay in her city and guard it as well as recruiting konti women to the women,namely wonder's or konti women wanting to train in war to become tacticians,advisors or even becoming knights. After a year where the groups of it's knight's left Mura for the cleasning of darkness within Mizahar and then using Avalis blessing's to heal mizahar, they started to become renown around Mizahar as a Female knight order. Many women(mostly human women) from all around Mizahar came to join the order. Due to there number's boosting rather quickly, they begun expanding there temple underground and adding extra floors. As time went on, the order expanded to a mix of all arts and professions and not just fighting.
Organization
Being a military order of knights, the head leader is the grandmaster of the order with the help of the council. The order is ran by a table of seven knight's promoted to be councilor's for being noted for there wisdom and not just being able to wield a blade. The Table of seven with the Grandmaster run the order. While the grandmaster's order is law, his law may be over threw by the table of seven or may be even kicked out of office if it comes down to it. The Grandmaster is often seen the political leader of the order while the the table of seven run's the military aspect of the order.
The Order is broken into five sub orders for handling and specializing in certain fields. Once a knight make his choice, he is codmitted to that part of the order until death.
The Order of Tyveth-The Order of Tyveth focus on training knights to more proficent killers on the battlefield. Knight's in this order continue to train in warefare and tha arts of killing, weaponery,leaderships and battle field tatics.
The order of Eyris - The order of Eyris focus on training knight's in the use of magic and healing. Most become Healer's and priestess although some choose to become Battle Mage's or even Paladin.
The Order of Gnora-Knight's who follow this path aspire to become Blacksmith's,craftsmen, Artist and more. They often do not go on quests and stay doing what they do best.
The Order of Laviku- Knight's that choose this path become fishermen,proffesional sailors,merchants and specialized infantry to defend and board ships. These men and women are trained in exotic art's of war and strategy not found on the battleground.
The Matriarch Order-Only Konti Women may join this branch. These women are chosen to join Avalis Guard.The Avalis Guard are small set of Knight's dedicated to protecting the Matriarch of Mura herself. These knight's alway's handpicked from the matriarch herself and are often the most trusted and most skilled of the Konti. The Konti are trained to use there gift's to there advantage. Most Konti women within this order use there gift with each other to see when there partner's will pass on.
Allies and Enemies
Being a new order, they are neutral to most parties on Mizahar besides the Syliran Knight's who partly see's them as rivals as well as traitors to a very small degree although they keep a civilized and friendly pact towards the The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights since they live in the Konti homeland. To them, they would lose more then what they would ever gain in a war with the Priskil Knights.To most of Mizahar however such as the west, there simply seen as an all valkyrie order of women. Many in the east think of them as battle mages or Priests capable of using arms and armor.
Ethics And Attitudes
In The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights, they tend to favor humans and konti over other race's due to leadership. However many, even human's and Konit women will never rise to the top due it being the orginal member's of the order leadeing the order. It will be quite some year's before everyone has a fair chance at becoming high in the ranks. They do however crack down heavily on the people who are arrogant, corrupted will most likey exiles them permently or even death if the crime is big enough. like the Syliran Knights if you hold your integrity, being
generous and patient you will go somewhere at least in the order.

Grandmaster-is the leader of the entire order and often his order's are law. Most time however they are looked at as the political leader's of the order and often do not go into combat due to there importance. A knight must advance through the ranks and have served on the council before even being thought of becoming the grandmaster. The mority of the council most agree to him or her before they take the positions of grandmaster.
Table of Seven Master Councilor-Warden Master's who have showed excellent swordmanship,leadership tatics and and wise, they are often invited to join the the council of the order, The Table of Seven. It should be noted that many Konti women are expected to rise to this position due to there wisdom.
Warden Master-Warden Master is the highest regular rank a knight can achieve while in the order. They act as marshals and are given entire armies under there command. They are senior officer's of elder age. Warden Master's are almost never preseant in fighting unless it is of dire importanance.
Master--Master's act as field general in the order and are the highest ranked knights in the field however unlike the Captain, they do not fight and sit in the side line's giving order's to there captains.
Captain KnightCaptains are often the highest ranking knights to be actually be in the field leading knights. Captains have year's of exprieance in fighting,leading and show's excellent promise in tatic's and knowing how to use them effectly in battle. A Captain holds 500-100 knights under there command.
Stewart Knight-There veteran knight's that have promoted to there first officer's commision.These knight's often have mutiple year's of expireance fighting and knowing how to lead soldiers into battle enough to be able to leade a large number of soldiers.A stewart Knight when in battle take's command of an entire platoon of knights which equals 100 knights with there Sergeant Knights.
Sergeant Knight-They are seaonsed knights who proven themselves to become enlisted officer's and have proven themselves to be able to lead and fight. They are incharge of a squad of 5 knights.
Knight- When a squire becomes of age and finishes there training at ranges of 17-21 years of age, they must go on a holy Pilgrimage through Mizahar and either reacive a vision,speak with Priskil and Avalis or reacive a Gnosis mark from Priskil or Avalis to be knighted. Once they completed there holy pilgrimage and show proof, they are knighted often by knifht that holds the ranks of Warden Master at least. These are the most common rank of knight. When battle, they are in squads of 5 led by a Knight Sergeant.
Squire-Initiate's would become squire's when they were ready. Most would become squires between 9-12 years of age. There can be exceptions to this if the person is gifted and shows much promise. Squires would often be assianed to at least a seasoned sergeant knight under most conditions and would travel with him as his partner. His sergeant Knight would continue to train him until he would become of age. When in battle, a squire would be with his Sergeant Knight or be in a small unit of squires on mounts to use hit and run tatics.
Initiate- were the first stage to becoming a knight. Initiates were children that came from there parent's at 3-5 year's old and begun there training. People who joined the order as adults skip this phase of there training.
Armor of the Priskil Knights
All Knight are trained in plate armor or lightweight armor depending on there choice and may expand on there armor training to types of armor and crafting armor. The standerd armor is with a white finish with a Golden eagle crest in the middle.Higher ranked knight's may costimzed there armor to there liking or wear the elite gold plated armor with a white crest of an eagle. Specialized and elite unit's within the order wear there sets of the standerd armor. It should be noted though due to the cost of making plate armor, most member's wear chainmail, Only high ranked are known to wear plate armor daily.
The standerd Armor however steel plate armor which consist of chainmail underneath which pauldrons, vambraces, gauntlets, breastplate, cuisses, poleynes, and greaves and solarets.
Healer's,Mages and Battle Mage's may wear robe's or a hybred of robes and armor depending on there choice. It should be noted that they enchant there clothing and armor to give them an edge to stay with the bulk of the full set of plate armor.
Entry into the The Order of the Konti Isle Priskil Knights
There are quite a few way's a person may join the Priskil Knights.
Noble Bloodline Knights- Children often born into noble families alway's become knights regardless of gender. Noble Bloodline knight's often start there training a tad late at age 5 or when there parent's permit entry into the order.This method however is rare within the Priskil Knights due to the rarity of noble house's in Mura or even near the order.
Birth Blooded Knights- These type of knights are almost alway's either born into the order literally from a female of the order or a family gave up there newly born child to the order. They start there training very early at 3 year's of age and are most often the most trained and skilled soldier's within the order but are not capable of living normal lives. This method is uncommon but is not unheard of. It is more common the the Noble Bloodline type.
Late Trained Adult Knights- Is the most common type of method within the order currently. Adult's seeking to join become squire and go under intense training then regular squires would to make up the time. they are eventually assianged to a Sergeant Knight for a time to travel with him to gain exprieance and skill like any other squire but there just older.
The Holy Pilgrimage of Priskil and Avalis
When a Squire become's of age and is able to become a knight, they must first prove they are true follower's of Priskil and Avalis. If they cannot then they will never be knighted untill they are. The Squire must walk through Mizahar and must prey at each Priskil and Avalis shrine and do there duties to there Goddess until they speak with Priskil and Avalis, reacive a vision from them or reacive a Gnosis mark from one of them. This could take a month to a few year's depending on the knight. Once they return, they can be knighted the next day.
The Knighting Ceremony
Is simple but different compared to most order's.The squire kneels before a knight holding the rank of Master Knight. The Head Mage draws a Transmutation Circle and activates it. A blue light surrends the squire while the Master Knight points his blade on top of the squires the head. The squire then say's the oath "Priskil and Avalis my sword has grown and devout myself to you my ladies. As of this day I offer myself to you my ladies as without you, we would be nothing, the world would be nothing, dead and without the Lightness. Offer me your gift's so I may rid the world of darkness and share the light and heal the wounded."
After saying the oath, The circle's aura disappears and the Master knight sheds his sword. The Squire had become a Knight. Once he choose's an order he like to join, he given armor and weapons depending on the order he chooses.
A journey of Cleansing
A life of a Priskil Knight Moderate one indeed. A Priskil Knight's life in the order will vary depending on the choice's he made in life however every 6 month's of the year, Him and Groups of other Priskil knight's from all branche's will head out across Mizahar in search of people who are currupted and Sinned, wandering undead and pure evil creatures and slay them to cleanse Mizahar of Darkness, bring the light and heal the area's where they were located or damaged or even destroyed. The other 6 month's, they will reside in Mura or at a outpost and perform there daily duties.
Religion
The Priskil Knights mainly follow the teaching of Priskil, Goddess of Light, Hope and Vilegenace and Avalis,Goddess of Visions and Divination. They believe there is alway's Light will triumph over Darkness and bring Freedom,Liberty and Peace. They believe world is alway's in need of Divine Healing and they must try to peserve Mizahar as natural as possible.
Knight's from the five different order's within the Priskil Knights do worships other gods but as minors, There devotion to Priskil and Avalis are divine and cannot be turned after taking the oath to become a knight.
Eyris is known to minor worshipped in the order's of Eyris, Tyveth and Gnora. Tyveth, Myri,Wysar and Kelwyn are worshipped in the Tyveth Order. Yahal,Rak'keli,Gnora,Aquiras are known to be wroshippedin the Eyris Order.
The Order of Gnora only worships Gnora besides Priskil and Avalis of course.The Order's of Matriarch and Laviku tend to worship the same gods and goddess, Laviku, Lhex, Makutsi,Morwen and Zulrav.
, so you probably won't even notice that he worships two IC given his manner.
Secondly, is the name. Priskil is a god. Why not have a badass name? But seriously, an awesome name really helps your organization. Also, the name should probably be suggested in character to make it much more three dimensional. Thirdly if there are co founders with him, maybe they should all discuss the ranks in character!((plus motto, attire, ect.)) It would make much more sense because they are co founders! Fourthly, I would suggest talking to Mura’s DS, Cachet, about it . Maybe ask him ideas so he could tell you how to make it much more plausible.
