[OOC] Sunberth's OOC Thread

Very Shortly , Ink and I will be sprouting out a drive for a new AS for Sunberth to help us out. Those who may be interested feel free to pm me for a discussion.

The buildoff details shall be posted this weekend, and you basically know the gist already from the last post though it will require each proposal have 3 things.

1. A Build plan with prices for building from the price lists, as well as a sample business sheet (what you can fill out) for any businesses etc.
2. A floor plan drawn out
3. A location post with a description and any extra details and pictures
