Choppy is a single-bladed carpenter's axe. Such as the kind you'd use for chopping firewood. His handle is attached to a metal axle with springs to give him better recoil. And the axle is attached to two tall, thin, metal STORK-like legs, with three-toed claws. He also has glass eyes on the handle.
