Mounted on a strider he would make a good scout or part of a mounted force. He will do whatever is required, but will want to take part in the fight, defense or escort somehow, especially if it contributes to the defense of Sanctuary. Sorry for the late submission...just arriving in Riverfall! Is there somewhere he can fit in? Van would not sit this out!
