To answer your remarks on my flashback thread, Poison, I thought maybe these Akalaks were out doin their Rite er whatevs.

At age 30, the Akalak is considered an adult, but only after he has completed a Rite of Passage wherein he completes a Zith hunt either solo or with a group of his peers. After the Rite of Passage, the Akalak boy is considered a man.

To actually earn a lore about Akalak culture Shausha would have to know that they were doing Akalak culture things. But as far as she knew, they were merely hunting her.

I'm not sure if they ever travel that far either. You'd have to ask Gossamer. I'm not an Akalak expert I'm afraid. I only know that they are colourful, muscular and have two souls.

I didnt know how much had to be included to obtain a lore. I have seen some pretty simple lores, so I dunno~ lol urgh. Feelin kinda like a dum-dum.

Hearing about blue men that can see the heat of the body is not enough to learn a lore about Akalak culture.

If you really want such a lore, you could make a flashback about the time when somebody taught her about Akalak and their ways.

I think that could be an interesting thread.

Hey Poison, I had a question for you We have a lot of lore on the Symenestra courting and marriage but I didn't see it mentioned what name they take? Do they take the male Webs name or the females or do they keep their own? And the aforementioned threads for you lot to join if you'd like. Here and Here

Poison is doing an awesome job, isn't he? I was talking to him the other day and I was lamenting about how little I knew about the city and how I didn't really know how to fix that because I don't know how to step in and help, or what to do...

And he told me to introduce myself to you all. Duh. So here I am!

Though I have been RS for a while now, I have been dealing with a lot of behind the scenes things rather than sticking my hand visibly into all the cities, but now I am to the point where I want to help plot and run things and just help out in general.

So let me know what you guys think, what you want to see etc!
