Oriel is a tea maker, she collects and grows herbs and teas to make tea bags, ready to be dipped in hot water for some yummy tea! Hello there daughters of Avalis!

I just wanted to drop in and introduce myself to the players and storytellers of Mura before starting any flashbacks here. Hopefully, this will help to avoid any "Do you know there's a Vantha in my soup Silver Lake?" concerns. My purpose for threading will be to flesh out Jabari's history. His time spent on The White Isle was a sheltered one and I'd like to explore a handful of memories that he can look back on during present day adventures.

That being said, I would love to do some collaborative storytelling with any of you whose pre-creation characters were around anywhere during the 1st of Summer, 497 AV - 1st of Summer 513 AV. Either end of that time frame might be a bit extreme truth be told. I don't know that I could really do a baby Jabari justice (though I'd be willing to try!) and I will probably reserve some of the dates closer to him leaving home for some special solos. But, I wanted to have as large a time frame as possible available for potential flashback partners, so there you have it.

I am open to write about most anything as long as we can keep it rather Disneyesque. That doesn't take mischief and the random bumps and bruises of youth off the table, just the more dreary tales. Jabari will have plenty of darkness and despair to face outside Konti Isle and I'd rather use my time here to enjoy his sheltered years. I'm hoping that a nice balance of flashbacks and current day threading will help to keep myself and the Chaser of Dreams afloat even when things are at their worse.

Boy is Summer going by fast! I hope you're all enjoying long walks on the beach and some fine beverages from the Three Sister's Winery as you lounge in the Mediterranean splendor that is Mura.
