Sosicly peered after Vetari but respectfully waited for him to exit, her gaze wandering in the general direction of the Sickle and Arrow. With Vetari for their Gods word and Viridae as their guide she had no doubt things would go smoothly, and just as she hoped. When Vetari exited, Sosicly happily linked arms once more, growing more comfortable, and hurried them towards the Sickle and Arrow. Already she could feel the cold air that would be outside, and see the barren landscape with straggling trees. She moved quicker, pulled a little hard and finally released Vetari all together in order to skip head. The girl practically slid into the room, taking the stairs two at a time. Her slippers allowing her to glide across the floor and catch herself rather than sprawl in an undignified heap. It was no hardship to spot the Symenestra she was looking for, a quick glance behind to ensure that Vetari was still with her, then she approached Viridae with a smile. She made no move to explain things with her packed away notebook but waved to him then pointed towards the exited with a curious tilt of her head while her face showed nothing but excitement. And while Sosicly could invite others the woman glanced around and felt a twinge of foolishness at her own eager behavior. Waving to a few other Hunters in general greeting Sosicly waved Viridae along once more. Back on the roof of the building Sosicly smiled at Vetari, apologetic for forgetting him momentarily, then set the now practically full knapsack down and shoved around for her book. Thankfully resting near the top with a but of inkstick tucked in to hold the page. Viridae--Krovadae, you will accompany me and Vetari to the surface, a guide to help us learn about our past! You will come? There was a question mark but it was obvious by her excitement and the way the question mark was tacked on the girl was not expecting to be denied. |
