Aeria walked in the bazaar on the last floor, looking at the wares each stall sold. The variety amazed her- feathers, things called quilts, gems, books and many more, yet she hadn’t found any weaponry shop yet, or perhaps she was heading in the wrong direction. She kept going, trying to go in front of the people, but soon gave up after hearing sighs of annoyance. It didn’t work anyway, with this much people. She eventually found a weapon stall, run by a man that was tall and thin with a nose like a hawk's. He sat on a chair, looking bored before he noticed her walking up. His eyes brightened and he smiled, before his eyes darted behind her. His mouth opened as if about to shout, and she turned, seeing a figure dressed in all black run away with the sound of coins. Shock was her first emotion, then snapped it off as she chased after the man, shouting, "Stop, thief!", along with muttered curses.
After a few minutes of running, she finally managed to get close enough to grab his jacket, and she gripped on it as hard as she could, pulling him back. The thief took a glimpse at her, then tried to pull away, lightly, then harder, as he sprinted away with an amused laugh, smiling at her. People looked at her oddly, and she just rolled her eyes in annoyance none of them noticed he was a thief. She sprinted to catch up, though he was quite now. She pushed quite a few people to get closer, not caring about thier gasps or annoyed looks. "Can you just stop, for heaven's sake?!" She shouted loudly, and he looked back at her again, with a hint of surprise in his eyes. He kept going, and she sprinted again, determined to not let him get away.
She came sideways at him, and threw a wild punch that was totally inaccurate at his face, and he threw a punch at the gut, which landed, and she heard him murmur, "You've got determination, I'll give you that." He sounded quietly amused. She cringed as he got away, and people once again looked at her oddly, and she looked back at them with annoyed looks, which made them look somewhere else. The thief could be anywhere now. She cursed, trying to get herself up and going to look around, but the blow to the stomach still hurt. "There was a thief that way!" She shouted, hoping to get someone's attention who could help. She felt her pocket for any mizas, and there was barely any left. Her lips curled as the pain in her stomach eventually left her.
