The missive reads as follows: It has been the decision of the council that all forms put through the Syncrograph’s Office must be approved by a person ranking Wizard or above. This change has taken effect with the changing of the year to 514. The only way an Apprentice may utilize the resource services provided by the Citadel is with the signature, a ring seal on the document, or if the wizard delivers the form personally. Request Denied.

Pan stepped into the Synchrograph Office with a thin frown upon his face and dark thoughts in his mind. So they didn't want to accept his request because he was a lowly apprentice? Was it not Cid who had told him to expand on his animation and improve? Well, Pandaemus had found a sly solution. He had simply placed his own form in a stack of basic requests for the Randjaqabase. Cid had signed it along with the others, hurriedly handing the stack back to Pan and moving on to an apprentice who had somehow made his construct attack him.

Pan, eyes shifting guiltily, placed all the forms on the desk and politely waited for Etnerius to look over them.

The personal request form was accepted along with the large stack of other forms from Lab 15, all without question. Pandaemus would find all of his materials delivered with the rest of Lab 15's requests on the 30th. There was some minor damage to the Maniquine (A large crack running up the back) but the rest were in excellent condition. This little deception was never discovered.

Clyde Sullins All items are approved and delivered on the 24th of Summer. The total charge is 5,006 gm. Thomas Cosa Later the same day on the 2nd of Fall, the metal binds arrive by golem. One book on the local climate arrives, within is a section regarding trade winds around Sahova. An additional book entitled "Misty on the High Seas" arrives, it appears to be a fictional story about a kelvic seagull and her adventure on a ship from Avanthal to Sunberth. On the 5th of Fall, a sailor appears in Thomas's lab. He has been loaned from the Kova III and will be available to Thomas from the 5th through the 35th. After the 35th he will return to his position on the Kova III. All prices are deducted from the Project Moth resource fund.
