Pain and humiliation... What are friends for! [CLOSED]

Postby Luke Lammergeier on December 6th, 2010, 7:59 am

Time Stamp: Day 5, Winter of 510 AV, Noon

Spacing off at the ocean, Luke waited patiently. Their wasn't anything else he could do. His legs and arms were bound tightly with rope. He was slowly going to shore on a tiny boat with two armed men. It was pointless to fight and he knew it.

Luke tried to remember when he was captured. His memory was still foggy. He was knocked unconscious while sleeping that parts for sure. As for the rest it didn't really matter if he could only pick up fragments.

The two men taking him to shore wore hoods and masks. Most likely to hide their cowardly act. Luke wouldn't bother threatening them. He accepted his fate but if he had the chance. Slitting their throats was a top priority.

"How do you plan to kill me? Stab me in the back like cowards?" Luke wanted to say more but was cut off. The man behind Luke rowing at the head of the boat. Turned around and back handed his ear. Sending jolts of pain threw his face causing his vision to blur for a second. Grinding his teeth in pain Luke didn't bother saying another word. If he was going to die anyway he didn't want to be deaf as well.

Reaching the shore both men jumped out of the boat. Knee high in water they began to bring it onto the sandy beach. Luke tried not to be scared about what was happening. He found relief in knowing it was for the best. You live like a bandit and that's how you will die.

Masked and wearing no distinctive clothing. The two pirates pulled Luke from the boat and dragged him to shore. He struggled to keep his head above water. Gasping for air he was dropped onto the beach. It wasn't long before the men began to beat him cruelly. Kicking his stomach and slapping him on the back with the blunt side of their blades. The abuse didn't last long and only left marks and slight bleeding. Luke was in too much pain to think anything suspicious of why he got it so easy.

Looking up he started to see why. One man stood guard while the other went for the boat shortly returning with some rope. He was to be hanged like any other criminal. Luke didn't fight back. He was terrified but he didn't want to show it. He would die honorably, accepting his fate. It was hard not to fight back as he was dragged to the nearest tree.

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for!

Postby Luke Lammergeier on December 6th, 2010, 6:36 pm

Luke was slammed onto the trunk by one pirate and another started to make a noose. His mind was racing with fear that he couldn't control any longer. There were so many things he wanted to still do. So many things he needed to make up for in some way. The thoughts pounded into his head making it nearly impossible to keep a calm face.

When the noose was finished the nearest pirate sent his knee into Luke's ribs. Forcing him to hunch over gasping for air. Then he easily put the noose around his neck, Luck couldn't put up a fight. The rough wiry course feel of the rope burned thoughts of death into his mind. Beginning to sweat and shake a little. His calm demeanor was slowly slipping away.

Determined to leave this world without making himself look like a fool. He desperately tried hanging on to logic and control. Taking a deep breath he calmed down and tried to accept it. He was going to die and that was it no need to regret anything now.

Both of the men prepared for the hanging without catching eyes with Luke. For some reason the lack of attention made his situation as much more hopeless.

Luke anxiously watched as they threw the rope over a tree branch. Making sure everything was tight and secure. With his amount of weight it had to be a good branch or it would snap before he died.

When they yanked him into the air it was sudden and surprising. If he wasn't being choked he would of let out cries of pain. It was a horrible way to die. The surprise making the process more torturous.

His neck was pounding with pain from all the pressure. His spine felt like it would snap any moment. He had to make sure not to move or his weight would snap it sooner. No matter how painful it was he couldnt bear doing anything to make his death quicker.

His vision started to become red from hemorrhaging, he felt his pulse race in his eye balls. Luke tried gasping for air pitifully with small clogged breaths mixed with mute sobs.

After a minute of hell the men dropped him to the floor. Luke hit the ground like a rag doll almost void of life or resistance. He didn't understand why this was happening and he didn't care. A couple more breaths were the greatest gift he could wish for. He laid on the floor sucking in every bit of air he could. Hardly being able to move. His neck felt paralyzed, seconds away from completely breaking in half. It took every ounce of will power to keep from weeping. He had been beaten and broken before in battle but never felt the life being choked out of him so horribly. Being utterly helpless to stop your own death.

The deep breaths he sucked in stung his deprived lungs causing him to choke. The heaving wouldn't stop and got so bad he couldn't hold in his stomach. Forcing himself to get on one knee only to Puke all over the ground in front of him. The strain of vomiting along with his stomach acids, caused hell on his crushed esophagus. Forcing him to let out a scream of pain which only lead to more damage to his throat.

He was reduced to a pitiful mess kneeling in his own vomit. Tears running down his cheek from blood red eyes. His whole body ached and his heart pounded in his ears. Rage was the only thing keeping him from breaking down. And he harbored that rage against the men that were doing this to him. Looking up he glared with all the hate he could feel. Both men did nothing but look back and forth between one another and Luke.

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for!

Postby Luke Lammergeier on December 8th, 2010, 8:45 am

Both men nodded to each other taking off their hoods and masks. Luke's face instantly dropped. He was in complete disbelief at what he was seeing.

His two best friends Andrew and Vincent stood in front of him with a cold look. He felt betrayed, disgusted and horrified all at the same time. The sudden rush of emotions almost made him vomit again. He didn't want to say anything first. He knew these men and lead them into many situations. They grew up together and he wouldn't doubt their intentions so soon. They had to have a reason for this. He tried putting all feelings aside and looking at the situation as a whole.

Luke shifted between their eyes waiting for one of them to talk. For a few minutes their was nothing but silence. His heart began to sink as he thought this could be their intention. To torture and kill him in cold blood.

"Don't look at us like that Luke." Vincents face was too serious and composed. He was trying to hold something back and Luke knew it. Andrew was less than stone like and showed signs of remorse that only a true friend could see.

"Well explain yourself. If your going to do this to me the least you owe me is an explanation" He struggled to stand up on his feet. With his arms tied it proved difficult and embarrassing in any other circumstance.

"Actually we don't owe you shit Luke. You know exactly why this is happening." Luke was completely taken back. He had no idea and no god damn clue why they would beat, whip and hang him. Still keeping faith in his companions he tried to maintain his calm.

"No i don't actually, please explain why your doing this or kill me like you wanted to." Luke was nice but couldn't tolerate any games. He wanted answers nothing more.

Vincent came a little closer and seemed to drop his act. Taking on a look closer to Andrews remorse.

"We did this to pay you back for everything you did to us as kids." He walked a few more steps and put his arm on Luke's shoulder. It was something Luke needed, hearing those words brought back his crushing sense of guilt. Something that he bottled up with logic and reason. He instantly forgave this incident. To most it would be absurd to over look something because of guilt but, the amount of things Luke did as a child. Was inches away from murderous and inhumane. He could understand why they wanted to make him suffer. He brought hell on them for years, tearing them apart mentally and physically.

"Wait so you cracked my skull in the middle of the night. Stole me from that ship and brought me to a beach just to whip me?" The pain of being reminded of what he did hurt, but his confusion got the best of him by far. Vincent sighed and pulled his hand back.

"Well that's the complicated part."

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for!

Postby Luke Lammergeier on December 9th, 2010, 11:20 am

This whole thing was complicated how could it get any worse!?! Luke didn't get most of it but tried to hold onto what he did know. They had been trying to hook up with a group of pirates for weeks. Maybe it involved that some how, But Vincent and Andrew wouldn't turn him over for pirates. Luke tried to struggle against the ropes restraining him. It was no use. his whole torso was tied tightly.

Andrew pulled the noose off of Luke's neck and began to speak.

"The captain of the Tsunami didn't like the idea of having both you and Kain aboard his ship. He believed his crew was too vulnerable if Kain also had you to help him if he wanted to take over." Luke did not like where this was going and stared off deep in thought. Hoping he wouldn't hear that Kain betrayed him intentionally.

"So he ordered us to "Kidnap you and "kill" you to fool the pirates." Vincent jumped in and sped up the conversation. Using air quotes to emphasize kill and kidnap to reassure Luke this was all intentionally planned. Vince folded his arms when he was do speaking. Andrew looked over Luke and stared coldly at Vincent for cutting him off.

"Don't worry you know Kain wouldn't harm you intentionally. When he told us to do this, we saw it as an opportunity to leave you the gift of forgiveness."

"So this is how you forgive someone?" Luke chuckled a little. Andrew sighed while he watched him throw up more walls.

"If you keep hiding behind things your heart will get cold you know that right?" Vince stared directly at Luke. The look made him uncomfortable. His friends had a way of shooting right threw him and it scared him.

"Alright but i wont thank you for this. I understand it but don't expect praise."

"That's perfectly fine. Our methods were a little unconventional but nothing else but hell would of made you feel any better. Now you only have one more punishment then your threw." Luke didn't notice that Vince had gone back and fourth between the boat. He was too busy talking to Andrew. When he heard of a final punishment he cringed and hoped it didn't involve rope. Before he could ask Vincent whistled at Luke.

As Luke saw the dress Vince was holding, his faced twisted with a feeling of "oh crap".

"Sorry Luke but this is the humiliation portion of your judgment." Vincent was smiling as Andrew said this. The dress was frilly and a light blue color that was meant to show off. Luke couldn't believe he would have to suffer this.

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for!

Postby Luke Lammergeier on December 11th, 2010, 7:14 am

After untying Luke they began to dress him in the gown. It didn't take too long with all three men putting their minds into it. Andrew regretted not asking a woman to teach him how things worked. In the end he looked utterly ridiculous which was what they were going for anyways, Luke glared as Vince was gonna help him with the shoes next.

"Can i at least loose the heels? How can i walk threw sand in heels." Luke tried to keep his calm but between the make up, bright frilly dress, stockings and wig he couldn't stand also having any heels added onto the picture.

"What no! that's the best part! you have to struggle threw the sand like anyone else would have to." Vincent gave the heels to Luke and he put them on a little resistant and annoyed. The heels sunk into the coarse sand and made a sort of flat shoe with the heel acting as a anchor.

"Now go into the town and show your stuff off Luke." He began to grudgingly walk off threw the sand. He struggled to keep balanced with the ridiculous shoes using his arms to their full use

"Ah but before you go." Vincent and Andrew were both holding up the rope that was used to bind Luke.

"Tied! I'm supposed to be tied as well!" Before he could argue more they began to bind him again.

"The idea is that since you need to be humiliated, what better way than for you to have to ask for help while in drag?" Andrew chuckled as he looked at Luke's face. He was angry, in shock and a little worried. He couldn't been help but be afraid about being tied around the city guard. He knew he was in disguise and covered in make up but still. Plus he wasn't that well known either.

Andrew finished the final secure knot and decided to clean Luke up and bit and straighten his wig. Vince laughed at his knit picky friend and remembered something. As Luke and Andrew argued over if he looked good or not Vincent once again got something from the ship. A back pack containing all the things Luke would need to get by for a while.

He interrupted the two and placed a strap of the pack into Luke's right hand for him to hold onto. "This is from Kain. It has some supplies for a week and a purse with 600 Gold Miza. Its a going away present." Andrew sighed as he realized he was going to miss his friend. Vincent covered it up well but they all could tell.

"How long will you be gone and where too?" Luke felt touched by the gift and couldn't help but smile at thinking of Kain ever giving him a gift. Kain's idea of a gift was a beating to make you stronger and a sharpened blade. When he realized he may always be separated from them, his heart dropped a little. They had always been a constant when everything else had never stayed still.

"We don't know how long we will be gone but I'm sure someone as resourceful as you will find out just were we are. Besides Kain would like to see you make something of yourself." Andrew hugged Luke after saying this and Vincent did a one are hug. The scene would of been moving if it wasn't interrupted by Luke's dress. Sadly they exchanged their good byes and separated ways. Luke dragged his large carcass towards Zelvita and the other men headed for the ship.

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for!

Postby Luke Lammergeier on December 15th, 2010, 10:38 am

Falling flat on his face more than once Luke cursed whoever made such unpractical shoes. They threw him off balance and dug into the sand. He wished they would just break but Luke had no such luck. After the fourth time hitting the ground he looked up seeing how close he was to the city. It was pathetic how little ground he had covered so far. With his arms tied he was even more vulnerable to slipping. Getting up he tried deciding what was more annoying. the color of the dress or sand in every place he could think off. He went with the sand.

Luke didn't take off the shoes to keep honor with his friends. This was his punishment and he would take it seriously. As he finally got up again he stood still, holding his pack and tried to figure out the best way to continue and started taking slow easy steps.

He lifted one foot a little backwards to go with the angle of the heel, Sliding it back into the earth with the same motion. Each step was carefully accomplished and he stumbled less as he slowed down. He kept slightly crouched to stay in the center of his gravity. The dress's length did get in the way but he still managed. Gaining ground Luke got closer to Zelvita inch by inch.

A half hour later and a ridiculous amount of patience Luke finally got to cobbled streets of Zelvita. His legs burned from the strain of walking with such slow restraint and his back felt sore from crouching. On top of that he looked like a idiot. His dress was torn and dirty from falling into the sand so many times. He stood there with his arms tied with thick rope and in annoying heels. He was given a couple of minutes of walking without anyone being around. He was thankful for this and tried looking for a place to get help quietly. Their was nothing but a couple back entrances to people's homes.

He seemed to be on a side road that eventually lead to a busier main street. Luke was nervous about having so much gold in his pack and if anyone would steal it in his already vulnerable state. He decided not to care about the laughter because this was a serious situation. A couple minutes of heckling was no were near as scary as being stranded with no weapon, clothes, money or food.

With his luck a pedestrian would beat him up and steal the pack for the fun of it. No one could be trusted and a city guard would want to question why he was in this mess. If they found out he was a bandit in need of help he would end up with rope around his neck instead of his chest.

No the best route was to find a shop keeper. They were more bound by law and reputation to help. especially with customers around. He headed to nearest weapons shop. When he finally entered the busy main road he was annoyed at how crowded Zelvita was. Thankfully he wouldn't have to slowly inch threw sand to get to the shop. It was a crowded area and everyone that wasn't already staring, started to when they noticed everyone else stopped walking.

Luke had no intention of just standing their and listen anyone laugh or holler. Luke knew that among that crowd there had to be at least one city guard or someone along those lines.

He mentally channeled out any sounds coming from the people. He tried not even looking at them. If a guard called at him he didn't want to know and show recognition. If he did he would be obligated to respond. He started to look for anything resembling a shop. He was desperate and needed an escape route. This was terrible for his reputation and he was glad he was disguised.

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for! [Open]

Postby Luke Lammergeier on December 21st, 2010, 9:23 pm

Luke was starting to slip into a nightmare. He was tied and bound, looked outrageous and humiliating. Plus no shops were easy to reach threw the crowd. The people seemed to surround the area in a crescent formation. Blocking every way but the alley he came from. Luke tensed up and began to sweat.

His fear of being captured or spotted bordered on the unreasonable. To the point were he always suspected people were after him. This was a little funny because his rather low status as a criminal. Luke swore by the phrase "Better safe than sorry."

His mind was rampant with thoughts of how to escape if anything happened and where he could hide. He was now sweating like a hog and froze up. This was the worst situation possible and it took a couple seconds to realize he should just run into the alley and hide.

Before any of that could happen a sailor from the crowd shouted loud enough for Luke to hear. Shouting disgustingly rude things that got the whole crowd going. Now that Luke couldn't ignore this his rage built up harshly. Anyone making fun of him usually got ignored it was no big deal. Right now he was not in a position to just let it go. He glared at the man and walked over. He was a little closer to Luke then the rest of the crowd.

“What do you think your looking at boy?” the sailor was older than him, Luke could see that but with one good head butt his talking would end. He had to control himself or the guards would be called. When he was an arms length away he stopped and glared at the man.

“You got a problem shit bag?” He was a couple inches taller then the man but much bigger. He leaned his head in close to say this so nobody heard but a few. He practically hissed the words in rage.
“If you want me to mother fucking tear your eyes out, I suggest you quiet down” Luke made sure to shout the fucking to get his point across. He was now inches away from his face, having the insane urge to just bite his god damn face off. Luke's rage was not something to be taken lightly. He knew he should rein it in but it was a powerful emotion in his heart. It felt like perfect to just let it out and smash someone to pieces. It took a long time to control his urges and now he was down to just shouting. It was a good thing he was tied up.

The man got back in his face and started yelling at the top of his lungs. Obviously he too had an anger problem. Both men didn't want to be arrested but, weren't gonna stop any time soon. Shouting, spit flying in each others faces, shoving and pushing on the verge of throwing punches. This was not a good situation and would most likely end in a broken nose or worse.

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for! [Open]

Nidassasyae walked along the cobblestone street, her Bondmate's hand held in hers. It felt so good to just be near him, just that simple touch was more than enough to reassure herself that he really was hers.

It was getting colder, even though Winter was only beginning. She had thought that Fall's heat was insufferable, and the thought of Summer hadn't even occurred to her yet. Like most animals, she thought of only what was happening right now, not the future. And what was happening right now seemed to entail two tall men yelling at each other.

"Sel," she'd squeeze his hand gently and incline her head towards the arguing strangers. Nida was a creature of rash decisions and curiosity, thinking her actions over was something that she rarely did. Letting go of her Bondmate, the frail looking young woman walked towards the crowd, slowly pushing her way through.

Her eyes widened as she drew closer, then narrowed into two icy blue slits. One man was bound! Nidae hissed quietly at the sight of the rope. There was nothing that she feared or hated more than the thought of being tied up or placed in a cage. It was a primal, animal fear, and it ran through her body like cold fire. There were certainly people in this world who deserved that fate, but she didn't know if this man did. If anything, it seemed like some sort of twisted joke, or he was escaping from something. Though since he had stopped to argue with someone, it looked like he wasn't in any hurry.

Then they started to shove and push at one another. Nidae was no righteous upholder of justice, she didn't believe in fighting equal, and the thought of helping him simply because it was the right thing to do never occurred to her. Perhaps it might have, when she was still heavily influenced by the calm and peaceful Vantha woman, Nehsmay. However, that was the past, it no longer existed.

But she was not totally heartless. A small wave of understanding washed over her as she watched the stranger struggle to fight while bound. She had done that, it seemed a lifetime ago.

"Boys, boys," Nida said evenly, calmly. The petite Kelvic stepped between them, placing one small pale hand on Luke's chest, and the other on the sailor's. Gently, she applied a bit of pressure, trying to get them to snap out of their rage and, hopefully, take a step back. "Come now, let's play nice."

If either man looked down, they would see a thin and willowy young woman with a tangled raven mane staring back up at them with slitted pupils. Like always, her face had streaks of blue paint across it, further adding to her odd appearance. Nidae would see nothing wrong in baring her elongated canines at either man, if it would get them to step back. But that depended entirely on their behavior.

Warmth. Peace. And the presence of a person dear to him. The Dhani needed nothing else to feel calm. Complete. Holding his bondmate's hand, like a fragile piece of glass, yet strong enough to assure her he wasn't going to let go. At least, not yet. It really was getting colder, as he experienced on his own skin. But his bondmate's generous heart saved him a lot of trouble. The bear coat he lent a while back was saving his skin from freezing and taking a nap till spring. Be it how it was, he understood he should get something more as winter progresses, then, it will get colder.

Thoughts aside, he was traveling around Zeltiva, when he heard a soft voice coming from her direction. He looked down at Nida, the kelvic girl whom was making his staying with all of these humans bearable. It appeared like she spotted something, so he looked around himself, quite quickly discovering the two men …fighting? More like toying around. Now, on his usual routine, he would ignore them. Or maybe waiting for them to finish, so he could take out the winner. But, this time, the Kelvic decided to do something, in the favor of the man in chains. What he gathered from their bond, the dislike of being cuffed. Or picked on when someone can not fight back like they could. Fighting fair. Not that the Dhani ever fought fair.

He felt the pressure on his hand disappearing, as the Kelvic released his hand, and walked forward the two, trying to break the fight. This was not the right way, be a good, or a bad person. She could have got involved in the fight as well. He grinned sinisterly. That’s something they shouldn’t even try. Even if they are new to the town, harm one hair on his bondmate, and Sel was going to make sure that was the last thing that was managed to be done. A bit of a morbid excitement filled his chest, as he moved behind the Kelvic, and observed her, as she tried to talk the two out. The 5’8’’ white paled Dhani in human form simply waited, like a snake he was, for someone to do the lethal mistake. Glaring down at the two…humans? Nida, you hatchling, be careful, will you. He muttered in his own mind, soft, yet with caution in his words, somehow hoping she would get the warning. But even if she couldn’t, he’d use his reflexes to make sure she’d be safe. Even if he would make a scene.

Thanks to his thinking-about-the-hate-he-is-carrying the other night, he restrained himself from simply walking away. Nida wanted to stop the fight, and he wasn’t going to force her to think otherwise. Who knows? Like a roll on the dice, you can’t know if something is a good, or a bad roll until it already happened. And the Dhani waited. Thinking about what the worse possible scenario would look like. His grin faded, and he returned to his usual cold stare. Patron-ing over the gift he received.
"Who knows? Life is like a roll on the dice. You can’t know if something is a good, or a bad roll until it already happened."

Pain and humiliation... What are friends for! [Open]

Postby Luke Lammergeier on January 2nd, 2011, 11:50 am

There were only a few things that could snap Luke out of this. He was in full fury mode and wouldn't be satisfied until that idiotic ignorant man was bleeding from his throat. Luke thought about using his own teeth to make this happen.

When Nidassasyae walked up and tried to calm the two men, Luke did not even budge or notice. It wasn't until she put a small hand on his chest. If Luke wasn't a logical thinker he would of flipped out and head butted the sailor for touching him. Knocking the Kelvic out of the way and giving her a damn good reason to eat him. Fortunately for Luke he was taught to think before he acted.

Quickly looking down he saw the small hand of a woman on his chest. His anger was too strong to simply go right down but, he was able to drop the visible signs and heavy breathing. He no longer cared what the sailor was doing when he looked at her face. Some things immediately caught his attention. The strange blue paint on her face gave Luke the impression she wasn't a typical person. Luke would of noticed more about her if he didn't see her eyes. They were strikingly blue and slitted like a feline's. It made Luke extremely nervous.

He had heard about such people with animal qualities but never actually met one. No matter what she was it was obvious she wanted to help at least calm the situation. Luke didn't have much other option but to try pleading to her for help.

“I will owe you so much if you untie me.” Leaning down close enough for only the two of them to hear. He spoke with urgency trying to be as convincing as possible. He was pretty desperate and needed to get out of this place and get situated. This woman was his only hope to get free any time soon.

///OOC\\\ Hey you guys. I am leaving the sailors reaction to you to make it a little fun. And I didnt see how Luke would see Sel when he is all busy with the sailor and Nida is up close and all. Didnt want to seem like I was leaving anyone out! out of a rage.
