After discussion with Kavala regarding the best potential business set up, I decided that Caelum will be the sole owner of the business that includes lease of the tavern. However! It is my great hope that others of you will create business plans with lease of the kitchen, the shop, et cetera and when done we can all work out a gentleman’s agreement of sorts regarding sharing of space and use of goods, etc. Additionally, Caelum will want to buy beer from the brewery when that is up and running. He’d love to offer food through someone leasing the kitchen for business. If any of you want employment at the tavern itself, we can probably work something out in that regard as well. But, of course, then your pay would come out of Caelum’s pocket, so like Kavala, I’d prefer to help you with your own business plan and then hash out a shared space agreement and whatnot.
