[Q & A] Zeltiva's Query Desk

Postby Paragon on February 3rd, 2012, 12:58 pm

I just want to remind players who are asking a lot of questions - there is a Player's Guide, and more important, a Student Player's Guide. They actually answer a LOT of the questions being asked both in this thread and via PM. PLEASE READ them THOROUGHLY before asking questions. I'm always more pleased when players have done their homework first.

Thanks!

Would bullying/being bullied count as an aspect of student life?

Where there's people, there's nasties ;)

So yes, bullying would.

[Q & A] Zeltiva's Query Desk

Postby Paragon on February 13th, 2012, 11:19 pm

IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ:

In hindsight I should have stopped class registrations when I became DS, until the season change, but we'll work with what we've got now. Since so many people are signing up to classes with only 3 weeks-ish until the new season, we'll say that all classes registered or finalised with ME will last until the end of Spring, rather than this season.

This is NOT the normal procedure, since classes are usually a season long, beginning at the start, but I think this will make it easier for everyone.

So to summarise. Rather than your classes ending at the end of this month, they will continue until the end of May, and THEN you'll be eligible for seasonal XP. This should make it easier to complete thread requirements in time too.

If you're unsure of anything, PM me. This rule change does NOT apply to those who registered for classes with Oracle before I became DS. If you started registration with Oracle, then it was finalised by me, you ARE eligible for the extended time however.

Apologies if this is confusing, but I hope this makes it easier on everyone, myself included.

Yours,
Paragon

makes perfect sense, and tyvm for the consideration, Para! Out of Curiosity, for those of us that finalized with you, could we still finish up our threads by the turnover and register for a new set come spring, if we find the time?

Oh yes, of course, but obviously that's going to cost you more, and you probably won't get as much seasonal XP because you wouldn't have threaded as much.

I don't know about stylish, but it seems important for people to have an image to identify with. I like it. Now on with the work. :)
