You won't necessarily have to buy land as much as keep it in sunberth .

A lot of the old slums is going to be washed away and survivors (if they survive the first night) will have to pick up the pieces . The full details will be disclosed soon .

Synopsis: PC's are going to get a one time opportunity for a high stakes 'pay it forward' scenario in being lent loans for those who wish to : Own their own business. Build their own house, property etc. These will be loans and expected to be paid back in full, or at least partially dependant upon how much work someone does IC .

The amount of individual building threads will be determined by just what people are wanting to build :

For example:
1 Cottage or hovel : 1 thread at least
5 Room one story structure with good solid materials (Stone): 2 threads.
Small keep or some equivalent thereof : 6 threads.

And with these loans... laborers might be added free If you IC bargain right.

I'll be keeping a close eye on such threads once those interested have submitted a plan.

You will get out IC what you put in IC... and still have to pay some or all back if you don't ... or ... the loansharks might come for your life. For all intents and purposes (until the loans are completely paid off over the seasons the property won't be 'yours' until the bottom line reads '0'. But these are loan sharks.. so expect to deal with interest . Muahahahahah.

I have to pimp away from Kalinor for a season or two while my alt's there and Mok suggested I come to Sunberth for the CE, though I don't really know what I'll do there (though as a Nuit she'll definitely need the protection offered by the CE from any violent threat...)

I sing and dance well, so I'm hoping maybe I could be an entertainer somewhere. Maybe play for a real audience, instead of to surrogates >.<
