Thank you Gossamer and Cascade.

I think that that is one of the reasons this is such a great site.
This is just something that didn't work out, and that's alright, because I get to learn from this, and it will help me create something better in the future. ^^
To be honest, the mythology didn't even occur to me, but it is something I'll be sure to keep in mind in the future.

I appreciate what everyone has done and look forward to brainstorming and threading with all of the wonderful people here on Miz!

Name:Pinn Oceangem Race: Svefra Description: The brother of Ardein, he has a very open, and carefree disposition. He is also a bit flirtatious, which occasionally gets him into trouble. He is a few inches taller than his brother, his hair cut just at the base of his neck, playful blue eyes, and an infectious grin. Despite his appearance, he is skilled with twin Kama blades, and enjoys a challenging opponent. His name is taken from Pinniped, which is another name for seal. Gnosis: 1 Mark of Laviku Skills: Weapon (Kama): 46 Duel Wield: 40 Swimming: 30 Sailing: 27 Seduction: 18

Name: Ceta Oceangem Race: Svefra Description: Granddaughter to the Lia of the Oceangem Pod, Ceta is of a kind, caring, and motherly nature. She cares deeply for her family, and immediately distrusts outsiders if they show the slightest harmful intentions towards them. Ceta has a deep interest in the area of medicine and healing, taking a step further to look out for her family. She is often found examining plant specimens, attempting to find any medicinal qualities. Ceta also helps in preserving the fish caught by Cea in a small variety of methods, such as drying, smoking, and salting. Her name was derived from Cetacea for it's relevance to whales. Gnosis: 1 Mark of Laviku Skills: Herbalism: 38 Sailing:26 Observation: 26 Swimming:25 Food Preservation: 15

Name: Cea Oceangem Race: Svefra Description: She is an adventurous soul, who enjoys wandering off and exploring. Cea can be found swimming with marine life of all kinds, or examining a new discovery, bringing any new plant life she finds to her Ceta to test for medicinal qualities. Having often ventured onto Islands, Cea was learned about various terrains as she gathers plants for her sister. She is friendly, but discreet about personal matters. She stands about 5'8, with curling black hair, usually damp from her expeditions, which can take up to days at a time. With her dislike for conflict, she is more on the informative side in a combative situation. To contribute to the Pod, Cea does the majority of the fishing, catching fish every few days. Half sister to Ceta, Cea's name is also derived from Cetacea. Gnosis: 1 Mark of Laviku Skills: Sea Navigation: 49 Swimming: 33 Sailing: 29 Wilderness: 27 Fishing: 21

Hi, Tsu! These look good! I think Ceta could do with one less skill though -- perhaps either Botany or Medicine may be scrapped? You can even go for Herbalism intsead of the two. As for Cea, what do you mean by 'Exploration'? Do you mean Sea Navigation? I think it could be more specific. One these few things have been settled, I think they would be ready to be added to the domain.

Herbalism sounds pretty good, I wasn't sure what would fit best for Cea's love for exploration.

I can suggest Spelunking if she wishes to explore caves, or Wilderness Survival if she wants to explore Islands. These are only suggestions though if you really wish to go for the 'explorer' aspect. One last thing btw (sorry for missing it), we should scrap Diving for it is similar to swimming -- at the lower levels that is. Since she can't breathe underwater a competent diving skill won't let her explore much anyway.

Okay, so just those issues and they're ready.

Hi! Just letting you know that I've uploaded the NPCs to the lore. They can be seen in the Oceangem Pod page. I know that you already know this, but I'm just reminding you that these are domain NPCs and that you're not the only one who may use them. If you will be developing them further or putting them in training threads or life-changing (lol) threads, please inform me first. Basically, just keep me updated. I would also love to flesh their descriptions out more, maybe put them in quests or we could run a series of threads together.
