My NaNo excuse? Well I got all excited this year, prepped myself mentally, did a bunch of push ups, broke rocks with my fist, then sat down on my bed of straw with charcoal and paper and realized... I'm a slave and I don't know how to read or write. *sniffles*

I tried to do the other (original) NaNo too. Failed both spectacularly. ^.^

My excuse is that Caelum's model showed up on my doorstep a minute after midnight on November 1st and we spent all month in bed. In between rounds I broke two stories, outlined a screenplay, edited the second draft of a novel, wrote a bible for a television season, and broke 40k on the first draft of another novel. Not all of them were my projects, but so it goes. The best part is that some of this is true.

But I guess I still got stuff done! NaNo throws off that balance.
