Seasonal Challenges are primarily prompts, however I prefer to look at them as challenges. As a writer these prompts encourage you to think, "What would this mean for MY character?" If you complete all of the challenges, you will be awarded something. Of course you must play out the acquisition of this in a thread, and will be awarded it at the end. If the Item has a title, you will want to describe why and how it got that title.
To count, these threads must be completed by the end of the season and submitted in one chunk in my office. However, they do not have to be graded so don't feel you have to wait for me to catch up to have your fun! Your reward does not have to be played out in the same season you earn it. If you feel it doesn't make sense IC to get it until halfway through the next season that is fine, however you must claim your prize by the end of the following season.
Feel free to interpret these however you like, I enjoy reading particularly creative approaches to these. Furthermore, feel free to insert these into more important threads you were planning to do. You just have to be clever to get these in, they don't require their own threads. Lastly, those that DO complete it will get there name in the hall of fame! Immortalized in Avanthal FOREVER! Now if that doesn't get your blood pumping and heart racing then I am truly sorry but Avanthal has taken it's toll on you and I must tell you...your heart is made of ice. ;p (Trust me, the hall of fame will be shiny and gold and you will get a unique little trophy image for the season...it's pretty...I promise!)
Season Goals:
1) Visit a place your PC has never been in Avanthal
2) Learn a new childhood game
3) Spread a Rumour
