I am going to take a stab at this question. I dont think you need to have a npc teach you the next element when you get to competent since you already have a understanding how to manipulate a element already. I am not a expert on magic by any means, but there is a lot of characters in the syliras region that are expert or master at reimancy. You can always ask them the give you pointers on how to write rereimancy.

Also, the hydroponic gardens are a great place to use your magic for a job, so there is a idea for building the skill up.

I'll add what I know to this although as far as the actual teaching of reimancy goes I'm sure that Mirage would have a better idea about it than I would.

Eva Skivna might have been created by Gossamer and if she has a third element it's most likely water. Water, Fire and Earth are the most common for reimancy users in WR (found here in the magic section under General Information) but as for Tez I don't know. He was created by a player who was banned so you can't go to them. Seeing as he's in charge of maintaining the structure of the Aviary one of his elements would be earth and on the Abelu Aviary page he's described as an Earth Reimancer. Safe to say he has that if nothing else.

I have never done NaNo before, but target-based awards are my one weakness (aside from the other weaknesses), so this may end up being the year I don't have an excuse for.

Turrin - I went off to Germany and spent two days in Paris, it was amazzzinnngg. But yeah, didn't lend a lot for writing while I was away so no worries on taking your time, have fun at the lake!

Ohgod, NaNo. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to give that a go or not this year.

I finished it in 12/13 days this year but then it's very easy to write solos for Azira and I had very prolific writing partners. It took me all of June to finish the JuNo thing though on my character Caela 'cos she isn't easy to write flashbacks on and I did not have many writing partners.

I'm very prolific though when a challenge is presented so... if you feel like doing it you should just write with me! I'm crazy! Thought I'd point that out in case anyone missed that fact.

Oh by the way, Dru I found a placeholder from Winter that was supposed to be another archery lesson. Maybe we could fill that in at some stage?
