That's the prompt I promised you! There's loads of stuff there, so feel free to get as involved in the stalls as you want. Of course, if you're looking for something else, there are other stalls, and other things going on, so don't hesitate to bring something else into the mix. People Of Alvadas

How's everyone doing? I hope you're having a great December so far, and that it's all going well. We've gain a few new people - which is great! - welcome to Alvadas!

Now, my plan of action for this week and a bit:

• Reply to A Winter's Fair. Most likely, on Friday/Saturday, so if you aren't already there, jump in!
• More grading! I've counted 15 grades in total until our queue is gone. I've seen Dovey do some great grades -what are the rest of you doing?
• Inverted development replies. I'll be fixing up the issues people have pointed out over the next few days, so if you have anything else you want to add, feel free.
• Character sheet approvals tonight, for anyone who isn't yet. If you think you've resolved problems on a CS, send me a PM to let me know.
• Wait patiently for people to sign up for moderated threads. If you're interested in some investigation, join the group who are looking for water but find something more interesting. If you like the Alvadas politics and loads of illusions, come help the trapped Speaker out! I know it's early, but the sooner we start, the less we have to drag it out for.
• Reply to one-on-one moderated threads during the weekend, unless I get round to them sooner.

To be honest, I'm not certain that list accurately describes what I'll be doing. But there's something there.

But why am I telling you it, I hear you ask?

Because why not. Then you guys can hold me to it, know what to expect, and also, so you can do whatever it is you need to do to help me out with it. The main thing you need to do, if it applies, is remind me about messages I've missed or threads I've forgotten or questions you need answering. Other than that, get back to it!

EDIT: I forgot to add - look at these! Penny's been making open threads but they look so quiet.

She does art and she can walk around in the snow. Come on, join her, before they get lost in the mess of threads!
