Before I go on a quest for Priskil I wanted to do some threads. I have most of the middle of the season open. Just give me a pm if you are interested, I may also jump in some of the open threads.

Well...

I figure it would be wisest to first say my apologies for having left everyone here so suddenly and for so long. I really am sorry that I shunted all those threads that I was in and for ditching everyone here. My life got really bad for a while and I had to simply drop a lot of things. I've only recently started getting things going back the way that I want them to. But still, I just disappeared from the site without saying anything to you all. It was very rude of me, and I'm sorry.

If you'll all still have me, I'd love to get back into the swing of things here in Wind Reach. I know that, where I had left off with Reno, things were in a bad way with the hunt everyone was on. But that's all been closed up for a while it looks. So I don't really know where to start off. So, while i figure this all out again, just know that I'm sorry for up and ghosting on you all and I'd love to get back into teh swing of things.

Also, as everyone might realize, I'm swamped running the site and chasing my own real life around. I need to pick up at least one or two more AS's to help Wind Reach actually function on a day to day basis. Dreamcatcher finally made the decision to retire after being on leave due to a move clear across country and a new supervisory job which keeps him away from home twelve hours a day or longer. Phoenix retired, choosing to drop down to simply playing her PCs, and Flicker I know is still busy fighting fires. So with Mercury off to babysit Lhavit, that leaves us a bit empty here. We have a ton of cool players here, and you guys deserve the best moderators, so I'm looking for a few good men and women to fill that role.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

Okay guys... for those of you new and old - Wind Reach has a plan.

Starting Sept First (since we have 1 month of this current summer season left) I will be posting a bunch of new things for Wind Reach. I'm sorry there is none for Summer, but summer is my killer irl season of being busy and moving into fall is when my life settles down and I'm online a lot more. The new things will include.

New Thread Challenges.
New Calendar.
New "Who's Here?"
New Wants/Needs Thread.
Character Connection Thread.
Completed Players Guide

What does this mean? Wind Reach will be hopping at the changeover for the month. We'll have full time quests going on and a wrapup/continuation of current goings on.

I'm going to devote myself more fully to Wind Reach, its moderation, and making it the awesome city it can be. This includes focusing heavily on Gnosis threads and interactions with the Gods... which is my absolute favorite thing to run.

However, until the season change, Sept 1, we're going to be kinda quiet here. Its a good time to get a job, get settled (if your new) and make some friends doing social threads. I'll be getting all the grading that's outstanding wrapped up so folks have their XP updated... and then we'll be off and running.

I hope you are as excited as I am.

I'm also waiting on seasonal wages, but his monies are not high priority so please take your time Goss.

Fall looks really exciting, was too busy to do the thread challenges earlier on, but hoping to try some this time around

Well. I'm back, and happy to be here.

I apologize to everyone in this wonderful city for disappearing, as an active PC and a storyteller. I still love playing with everyone, and although Phoenix is retired for the moment... when I am back and on stable feet, I will be back with her and ready to rock your worlds! If, in the meantime, this retirement means that you were shirked of a modded thread I was working on you with.. Well, I apologize. I am sure we can work something out.

That all being said, I am here for help and hugs. My attendance has been spotty the past couple months, but with moving and my health conditions that sometimes happens. However, I can be counted on to be good for my word!

If anyone wants to do a thread or has any good ideas, please let me know! I'm itching to get writing again.

On another note, I would like for the following new people: Alstromeria, Utaia, Taln, Nikavi, Carmen, and Mesa to send me a PM with their goals for their characters while in WR. I would PM first, but being the welcome wagon has been difficult of late. I'd like to get a feel for each of your characters.

Just wondering out of all the new Inarta I dont know, if I made an open thread would anyone want to RP with Wind Reach's resident Symenestra? If for no other reason than a huge culture shock.
