Seeking adventure/companions in Alvadas

I'm glad I have a few people interested, but my question to you three is:

What is your business in Alvadas? I'm trying to see if we have any common goals for being there. If I were to actually create a topic in Alvadas, Douglas would be looking to either:

Study under someone wiser than him/explore the library, etc.
Seek to meet some powerful new friends who could perhaps show him towards more opportunities.
Possible notice an injustice occurring, and trying to help correct it.
Explore the surrounding countryside, perhaps in search of magical artifacts, or a nice place to draw.

Well, by trade, Bones is a combatant in the arena. If you need someone who can handle themselves and a weapon, Bones is your man. For offense he has his body, and his gladius.

Dont forget, knowing magic is not enough for fighting all the time. You can still get an arrow to the head and die just as easily as anyone else. So it is good to have someone who knows some physical non-magical combat. Also it is faster and more reliable than magic much of the time. Not draining your life force and all...

And a guy who can transform into a 40 foot snake, and can use the strength of 5 men... Also not bad to have around.

Magical artifacts, well I am pretty sure Bones would be interested in that. He dabbles in malediction, and is trying to learn shielding and morphing. But he would not mind practicing some magic, or going after some artifacts if there are some to be found.

Bones would not mind meeting up, maybe practicing a bit with magic, and talking a bit. Though dont be in a hurry. After his first century of life, Bones became a bit laid back, and he does things at his own pace. He is not usually in a hurry, except when in danger.

Though compared to other dhani, Bones is probably the only one to be safe around. If you see any others, run as fast as you can!

Based upon what you are looking for, Seidaku is definitely available in Alvadas. He is a mage who specializes in Voiding but wants to know all of everything, and as a player I have wanted to explore some of the more... difficult to reach parts of Alvadas, so someone to steer him in that direction would be great for me.

I wouldn't mind meeting someone new. I'm sure you have many companions by now though.

I'm living in Alvadas, robbing people for food. I think that falls loosely under the "Possible notice an injustice occurring, and trying to help correct it." topic. It could be your food. XD

Here, I`ll tell you a litte more about Zlakalia, see if you want to thread with me.

Zlakalia is in Alvadas to kill Ionu. It`s a very lofty goal and Kali is still planning on getting it done.

To keep up her own upkeep, Kali sells fear. She uses her hypnotism to sell fake `good luck` scrolls. So that`s an injustice that many magicians will notice. She also is just realizing that she can sell her shielding skills, play off people`s fears in a new way. She`s going to start peddling her shielding to blacksmiths and magicians as a mini protection method.

Kali also has a blood lust that will occasionally make her roam the streets. She wants to hurt people, just to see the blood set free. Being a pycon and being crazy, she doesn`t really care about the concept that blood is important to life.

Kali also has an ironic distrust of magicians. It has to do with a traumatic experience she had a long time ago. Regardless when she meets someone who is an obvious mage talks to Kali she`s more likely to be abrasive.

Lastly Kali loves attention. No matter who you are if you show Kali positive attention she`ll relish in it. However she also is opinionated. So if you argue with her crazy ideas it might activate her short fuse.

There's only nine posts between two people, that's hardly "progressed so fast" in my book. If you get the gumption to join, go for it.
