Hi Aran. Please be aware that your character sheet lists hunter instead of caste. Your PC's caste is everything. Also you can't have skill points under 5 in your starting package. Inarta lore indicates the raising of all children in a nursery, and not with their parents. Please fully read and comprehend our society through these links:

Hey Arandolya, I'm Halcyon, and I am an Assistant Storyteller for Wind Reach. Welcome, and we're happy to have you! So, to answer your question, no. Being an Inartan starting off in Wind Reach, you need not post an entrance to the Sanikas Gates. You live in WR, and the Gates are for visitors. (:

Just be sure to read allllll of the lore on the city, and be sure that you are completely acquainted with important stuff. If you have any questions, post here, or PM one of the Storytellers, such as myself, Phoenix, or Raptor.

You'll have a great time here. Your CS looks far above average on the scale of what we normally get from new folks, so thanks for all the time you took on it. Raptor outlined the details you need to correct - which are minor in the scheme of things.

But in terms of the gates, just forget that if you start out as a resident here. The gates are for visitors. Since you've written yourself as an Avora, you get respect and folks will know you. Feel free to post open threads. And don't forget to post in the ooc character registry so we know what kind of threads you like to run!
