[Ravok's OOC Thread] Tell Me Your Secrets

As of now, I am putting a halt on any non-moderated stealing, looting, and other such activities that happen in player threads. This cannot happen any longer without a moderator present to storytell the thread for you.

I know this puts a hamper on some of your plans and characters, and also contradicts some things I sent you guys in PMs... But some things have been brought to the attention of both Verilian and I, and I want to make sure these things are addressed, and solutions are put into place.

Bear with us, as we will have this sorted out shortly, with a solution in place!

If you wish to steal something in a thread, then you have to ask Verilian or I to mod out the result of your attempted thievery. You may not just steal it, and get away with it; nor may you steal and then wait for your loot in the grading of the thread. It makes it hard for us to keep an eye on things this way, and then things can get out of hand.

Sooo, if you try to steal something in a thread... Just shoot one of us a PM, and point out that you are attempting to pick a pocket, or whatever. We will mod the results, and then your thread can continue like normal.

In addition to stealing, any attempts to attack or kill an NPC needs to be modded also. You can't just go around killing people and expect no repercussions. The NPC will fight back, and for all you know the random commoner you decided to steal a coin purse from could be a master swordsman in disguise. It is up to the mods to decide the skill level of your opponents, as well as any loot you get from robbing or killing them. So if you want to attack someone, please send us a request on that also.

..the only exception is flashbacks. Flashbacks you can pretty much kill anyone you want, so long as they are not an important NPC or someone that is currently still alive in present day. But again, such fights need to be kept at your own skill level.

Syndre- I gave you permission before all of this came up, so you have nothing to worry about. I personally think you did a great job in going about your thievery. <3!

We just had to change a few things, and let the player-base of Ravok know what our universal rules were on stealing and killing.

Just letting everyone know, I just got a new job and my posting may slow down a bit while I adjust to the new schedule. But don't let that stop you from submitting your requests to me, I will still grade/mod everything as quickly as possible... just a warning that it might not be a quickly as usual for a while. That is all... the end... um...
