I think in general they have an unease around us. Syliras will let us in the city, but they keep a close eye on us. Eva spent some time there and managed to cause some fun problems while she was, though she only got away by the skin of her teeth.

Places like Alvadas don't mind either, but there is a general distrust as with everywhere else as well. The Spires as far as i know do not mind Nuits, as long as they don't take any bodies around them or of one of their close friends.

In general, Nuits are walking corpses and if you didn't take a body from someone's family they generally wont try to kill, generally XD

That is honestly a question we can't answer for you Dakota, because every city is amazing. The plots all revolved around players, and while there are some city plots going on it is mostly you getting together with other PC's and just living life in Mizahar. No huge epic plot, and no final boss or anything. Though you know that already from the lore lol.

I would suggest looking at where Dakota would want to go. OH and remember Zeltiva is closed to all players until further notice, so not there sadly :P.
