[Syliras] A Mithryn Mystery

Apparently small items have been going missing in the Mithryn Outpost, not to the sort of degree that might get the knights' attention, but just enough to make people curious. Jewelry here and there, a couple of mizas. Careless villagers, or some sort of petty thief? Valien isn't sure, but he plans to go and find out.

This idea came about because I wanted a way to do the Mithryn Outpost, Bronze Woods, and Aylasa Caves seasonal challenges, so anyone who comes along can knock those out too. Because of the personal nature of this (it's just Valien being curious), it's obviously easier to get involved if you've already met him, or if you plan to meet him before the 20th of Summer, but if you're in Syliras/Mithryn and still want to join in, just post in this topic and we'll work something out. I kind of want to keep it to a small group, so maybe the first 3 or 4? Preference to those who already know Val, but if you want in and haven't met him, please don't let that discourage you.

I was thinking maybe three topics, one in the Outpost, one in the Woods, and one in the Caves, to get all of the seasonal challenges out of the way.

A note: This isn't going to be a 'serious' mystery, but is going to be more light-hearted/silly in tone. So don't expect to run into any serious plotting or really dark plot elements, but if you guys want, we can throw in a couple of bandit encounters to keep things fresh.

Hey Billie

Glad you're interested.

So it looks like we have Billie, and Myra (who will be joining in the Bronze Woods since she knows the area). Billie, if it's just going to be the two of us, I'm going to wait until we get our Windmount Stables topic a little bit underway, so I have a feel about how friendly our characters will be to each other by the time this happens.

I'll probably start up a Mithryn Outpost thread in the next week or so, and anyone who wants to show up then can probably do so as well.

I'd be willing to have Nayato get apart of this. He would have met both Valien and Billie, and will have been to Mithryn a few days after the shield game ends. So i'd be up for having him apart of things at the outpost if the timestamps match, or maybe helping during the Aylasa Caves thread.

Probably won't start this till next week because I'll be at a conference all week this week, and because I want to get our characters' respective meeting threads far enough along so I have a general idea of how Val will act towards each one of you.

That said, Nivel, if you're up for it when the topics do come up, you're welcome to join.

Valdoran, you're more than welcome to join, just a heads-up that there won't be stuff given out for this (I don't have the authority to do that).

Everyone else, just a heads up. I will be starting the first thread of this after getting one post done in each thread on my backlog (I was busy this past week and racked up a lot of it). So expect it within the next few days (I'll PM you).
