In honesty, Fallon was beginning to feel ill at the stench and happy probing at the corpse. It was perhaps then that she begun to hold some clearer respect for doctors and healers of all varieties. Cutting and injuring flesh was easy, but being able to suck away and put down a sense of impending dread of tending to hurts was another. Stitching it together, pulling upon it all in and allowing the mangled state to heal. Her eyes gave only a flicker to the hum of the foreign tongue, as she tried to clear her thoughts into something much more managed to bubble up and through.
There was only a blink however as the Konti washed her lands, pausing as she watched the faint practiced moment of thought and consideration, "Notes and pictures are always useful, help in studying what's there and how to lay it out. Analysis. Understanding. Builds a better image. And... helps memory." She pinched her brow, lips wetting as she tried to hold onto some element of clarity. Regardless she looked down to her twiddling fingers with thought, "So... that's a sign of strangulation then? That line?"
It was a useful regardless, a clue and pocket of information was something that could prove useful in further instances, more so if it was on the field investigation. She gave a pause to rub the knuckles, the cracking pop that came with the pressure of doing so - the other side was repeated after that. Fallon gave only a snort of amusement when she was dubbed a genius however.
"I'm not a genius," she begun in almost tired tones. She pinched her brow, her eyes flickering to the body and then away with thought, "Some may call me wise, but a genius... no. Observer, seeker of truths, information, knowledge... maybe. But a genius, that I am not." It was gradually that Fallon begun to push herself up from the bench. It was with a small sway that she sauntered over, a grasp of the white cloth at the feet of the corpse, her fingers wrapping round it as she tried to will away the sense of nausea that rested within her gut. She tried not to focus too much upon the blood staining present.
"Cause of death, strangulation. Suggests preservation of what's within before... tampering," She pursed her lips, eyes looking up to the Konti's with a frown and seeking some confirmation, "If you are done then I shall not push for more information. But, more is always welcome. Never the less, the tools were satisfactory for your work? I was not completely sure what you would need for your field...?" She shook the thought away, and moved on, slowly dragging the sheet up and over the corpse once more, until, at last it settled past the crown of her head. From there, Fallon stepped around looking and attempting to read the situation, "How does Sunberth treat you, should I dare ask? I imagine with your profession there is many available who require your assistance, no? It is a rather brutal city in comparison to others." She gave a nonchalant shrug, "I do hope that it can be look passed."
There was a smile, lips pulling back to reveal a slit of white before disappearing once more behind the neutral mask. Her finger gave a trace across the fabric, smoothing it out as she went, "So, what brings you to Sunberth? No mean to be rude, but it is not exactly safe for your kind here. Full of evils and villains of all shapes and sizes." Fallon inhaled then, teasing the words from her lips as she made a small offer to the other, "I would like to establish a deal with you, should you wish to take it." Clearing her throat she continued, "How would you like some security while residing here in Sunberth? I can offer you residence here within the Quay, easy access to the ocean should you desire it, and a place in which for you to operate your work out of? You would also have the additional body of myself and... associates. What say you? Does this deal appeal to you?" she extended a hand forward then to shake.
