So seeing as the Sea of Grass is as massive as it is. Would there be animals like Elephants and Rhino's roaming it? Or is it more like the American midwest? At least in terms of real life animals existing in Miz.

All huntable game is listed in The Spitfire, otherwise I know Giraffes aren't in the world and I believe that there is a custom animal on the monsters list that looks like a Rhino of course I could be mistaken

Definitely use the Spitfire for reference. Aside from America, you may also look at the Eurasian Steppe. It is very similar in most aspects including the land's own diversity. The major animals are generally the same but I know species like birds and reptiles could be quite different.

Everyone: If you find a particular animal that you wish to use in a thread but don't see it listed in the Codex or lore, send me a PM or make a post in my office. Mizahar is an entire world full of plants, animals and places that will never be fully catalogued (though I feel the founders have done an excellent job thus far). Players are always encouraged to find or create things that can be added to the game. Refer to this post regarding World Development.
