First weekend of every month sounds good to me! Only for Jan that falls around the first, so I say for Jan we do it on the second weekend of the month.

Perhaps you can do Lore Article reviews to contribute. There may not be as many to do as there are grades, but it's another way that people can contribute to Mizahar since Articles need 5 peer reviews before they can move onto the next stage.
