9th Day of Summer
With staggering steps, Hasoc marched ever closer to the city gates, restraining his sense of elevation to jump and rush right over. He was tired and weak from his rather... unsuccessful hunt of his strider horse, and he want nothing more than to find an inn to sleep in before planning and resupplying.
His pace slowed to a halt as he looked over the bridge and river. It was a pleasant sight, truly, one that almost made him forget about his worries and trials. He really would have to return to Edorr and the others after he claimed his horse, if only to know how they're doing. He would just have to hope for now they can manage without him.
With that, he broke gaze from the river and walked past the gates, with a simple wave gesture to the guards. Hasoc continued on to find a place to sleep for the night.
