People leave their kids in cars to fry? Wha? I can't even...

Here, we're used to storms, blackouts, droughts, etc... so generally I can't relate when there are those who complain about these things, because I don't find it difficult to cope. Doesn't mean I don't understand their pain, though. It has got to suck trying to adjust to something you're not used to. If snow magically decides to fall in our country, majority of the people here are probably going to freeze to death.

Want to send some heat over to England? It can dry up our floodwater haha!
I generally don't like the heat much but I don't complain about it since it's not all that abundant here! I know a lot of people who complain when it rains and then as soon as the sun comes out they moan because it's too hot! It annoys me to no end!

PS. Cayenne. Go talk to your trees. They'll tell you whether they are healthy or not. If you spend ten minutes reading under one and feel nothing but joy, odds are things are fine with them. If you spend ten minutes under them and start feeling icky... look a little closer and see whats wrong. I know it sounds hokey and new-ageish, but its so true. Plants speak to us if we are willing to listen.

Lol, this makes me giggle. 10 Deg. C is "hot" here, and you haven't seen weather complaints if you haven't lived in the UK. It's all we chat about!

I Vanish When The Weather Gets Nice
And you all probably get a much deserved break!

Anyhow, here's just some show and tell pics of my filly who's finally starting to look less awkward and more into herself now. We're starting her this summer and she should be good to go by the time the weather gets cooler. She's a half arab half friesian sporthorse. It's kinda cool because she has a double registry.. half-arab and FHHR. I could also register her based on her performance too if I can get her to a few places. I think two is enough though.

So don't shoot me for not being around. I'm taking full advantage of the summer and all the joys it brings in the northwest... even though we didn't get a single sunny day until around July 6th when it finally decided to be over 70 degrees and warm.

I'm sitting here just growling and whining in jealousy. She's so beautiful! That a combo of my favorite breeds, and pretty much the horse that I've wanted ever since I was a little girl.
