(Still) Looking for a Sister

Hey all! Rayes is a brawler with a bit of attitude that I'd like to have a bit more character depth, and I'm looking for someone who'd like to be his sister.

Their parents would be Syliran middle-class, possibly a pair of doctors, and Rayes's complete lack of interest in the business caused him to fall out of favor with his father and fall in with a bad crowd, eventually up and leaving altogether after a brief time in jail. Basically, his sister is the person in his family that didn't care about his less than good activities and loved him without strings attached, and he'd look out for her on a few mischievous misadventures.

This relationship wouldn't really require any upkeep since they're probably going to be in different cities, though I wouldn't be adverse to a flashback or two. The backstory is just a skeleton, and I'd be willing to build and turn it into whatever you want.

Man, I would totally be up for this, but I have too many PCs already, and none of them are from Syliras. I just wanted to post to show that your request wasn't ignored (at least not by me), but it's simply unfeasible for me.

I hope you find someone! I'll spread the word to friends.

How flexible would I be allowed to be if I were to be a sister to your PC?

The only way I could see it happening is if you were either a Kelvic or a Symenestra. I don't have any human PCs.

Laszlo, you could work something out with Kelvic character, maybe one of her parents were with human before ending up with each other or something, but I guess your character is too young for a proper backstory with Rayes..

As for me, I don't have humans except Nai and her history is pretty worked-up, I can't fit into your story.XP So, just trying to help.^^

That's a fantabulous idea, Nai. I feel silly for not thinking of it! But we've gone to PMs to work out details, so we've got an idea. But next time this comes up, I'll think of this! Thanks!

I don't think that would work unless you created a new character. Rayes' sister should be human and 16-17ish, though age is malleable and a mixed blood might be interesting.
