Anyways, since NaNo is now in full swing I figured this would be the best time to get my newly christened character going. I know a lot of people want more threads so as to reach those 50,000 words, and I am more that willing to help them (you!) get there.
Now, let me first be clear about something. I would much rather accept people who are willing to thread with Baird long-term as opposed to a one-off encounter-in-the-bar type of thing - I would rather have a couple people thread with me many times than have a bunch of people threading with me once or twice. I want my threads to have meaning. Our characters could be enemies or allies, have adventures or have fights, stuff that could have lasting implications for them. If that doesn't interest you, I'd look elsewhere. But, before you go, just consider; what does more threads with me mean? More words for you! It's a win-win.
Of course, if you are hesitant about getting into a commitment with some other character you don't know (especially one with only twelve posts) we could of course have some sort of 'trial period' of threading and see how things work out.
So yeah, Baird is currently in Ravok, and while I would enjoy advancing my character's plotline by threading with people there, I am also open for flashbacks in several others places. I would separate these flashbacks into two categories: Before and After. Before would take place before the Fall of 511, for reasons obvious if you look at my CS. If we thread Before, my character will be a human and available for threading in most cities of the Syllira Region, and perhaps a bit farther beyond. If it is After, that is, from 13th Fall 511 up to the 14th of Spring 512, then my character is newly arisen from the dead and will be exclusively in the Wildlands, predominantly near the Cobalt Mountains.
So. Does anyone dare thread with the big bad undead man?
