I have never owned a Windstone creation, but when I was little I always used to visit my Grandmother for two weeks down on the coast and there was (still is) this awesome store called 'Enchantments,' had everything from wands, cloaks, incense, fantasy books, and all sorts of random fantastical items, one of those places you could barely walk through it was so jam packed with stuff.

And it always had the Windstone guys, unicorns, green dragons, all lined up on this shelf that had a big 'DO NOT TOUCH' sign on it. They're a very distinctive creation and always wonderful to behold, much more so in the flesh as it were, haha.

I don't think there were ever any Poads though...those guys are awwwwwwwesome.

You know, I'd seen them before in passing, but never really knew what the big deal was until I met you. :ninja: Now, I think the Windstone creations are beautiful. They have a vast array of collectibles for just about everyone.

Plus, that poad made my day yesterday. How can you have a bad day when a poad is thinking of you?

I Believe
And always have believed.

You know, its just a matter of time before science proves things some of us already know about. I could talk long and hard about my experiences with the legendary in the Pacific Northwest, but I think this article is pretty good and so too is the Genome Project that's been going on for a while. Watch the video at the end.

Happy Columbus Day
Read: Fuck you Christopher Columbus.
I'm Native and we all hate your guts and everyone who's black and descended from african slaves should as well.

If everyone wants a good read today in honor of that dickhead Columbus, please check out the Oatmeal. I love it how this guy posts this each and every year. It's really well done.

Graders Please Note :
As Ball is getting closer and closer to maxing out Pyken as a skill, I would like to request that in places where Ball is not doing enough to constitute Pyken XP if Pyken technique lores could be issued instead.

Examples of proper XP level for Pyken would be: Ball developing or refining his technique by adding new thing against an actual moving target, not a dummy.

The use of basic skills alone are not enough to accomplish XP at Ball's current level of Pyken.

Thank you.

Anger

I´m not at work. I'm not even at home. I'm two hundred miles away in a cancer hospital celebrating the fact my seventy three year old mom just came through her major facial tumor removal and facial reconstuctive surgery with flying colors and evidently I'm not doing enough on Mizahar according to some players. Well to those of you that choose to pm or aim or ask that I do more right now... I'm going to simply smile and try not to jump your shit verbally. I'm also pretty confident that you will not understand what a family goes through when someone suffers a sick family member like this. You won't get all the car rides for appointments. You won't understand the missed work days. You wont sympathize the crippling worry, lost sleep, and range of emotions one goes through.

And honestly I hope you never experience this first hand. But I will be back In full swing when I'm back. No sooner no later. And unfortunatly you'll just have to wait until that time happens.... whenever that is. It will be sooner rather than later. But until then I hope uou all gain some manners and understand this is a volunteer job.

I am sorry to hear about your Mom Goss, and I am glad to hear she made it through her surgery. Take your time, take care of her but also take care of yourself. Mizahar is a wonderful place and it will be here when you get back. I am sorry to hear that there have been some impatience and pressure, but I am sure that if they read this they will understand that you aren't here full time and understand why if they don't..well that's on them then.

You know I don't normally post in your scrap, since we talk so often personally, but I wanted to make an exception here, in the hopes that the pompous twats in question might see it.

On the occasion a PC might mention to me that they're waiting on something from you, I always make a point to say that you put an enormous amount of time and work you put into this site, much of which PCs don't even see. They don't see the pages and pages that fill the HD, and they certainly don't see the innumerable number of PMs you get every single day. Heck, in the Cyphrus ST coordination thread alone, we're always asking you to approve this, or what do you think of that... And you still have time to keep an eye on the other coordination threads. ON TOP of the numerous threads you're modding, and not to even mention your PCs.

Anyone who says you don't do enough can go piss up a rope. Just saying.

In happier news, I'm very, very glad your mom came through okay :)

Hi Goss. I just wanted to say that I think it's pretty dang commendable that you are by your Mother's side as she goes through this. You have such a creative gift and are an absolutely amazing writer. Mizahar is far beyond what words can describe. You have my admiration as well as my respect for what you do on this site, and even more so for the support that you are giving to your Mother. :)
