'sup y'all. Mirko here is a traveling ghost in need of whatever relationships the afterlife is capable of throwing at him. He's young and disenchanted and impulsive and dead, so I'm receptive to things both good and absolutely horrific. I'm not looking at anything specific yet, but I love working with people on some good in-depth plotting.
This may be a bit of a mess, but here's the short version of the places he's floated through: Mirko grew up in Wind Reach, died at 20 years old in 511, then spent (on average) 30 days each in Lhavit, Kalinor, Sultros, Alvadas, the ruins of Denval, Syliras, Nyka and Mura. ...vaguely in that order, as he may have done some doubling back. Then he stayed in Sahova for a little more than a year (Spring 513 to Spring 514) before settling at his current location in Ravok.
Timeline? For reference??? :
The travel times should be relatively accurate, unless I'm just really horrible at this.
66, Spring 491 through Summer 511: Mirko is born in Wind Reach. He gets dropped into the dek caste, mostly due to petty rebellion and learning disabilities. He develops paranoid schizophrenia around eighteen, essentially stops working. (I don't want to load up on too many alive-Mirko Wind Reach flashbacks since, y'know, they're not conducive to developing ghost skill sets, but I certainly still want them—it's bound to be interesting.)
91, Summer 511 to Winter 511: Mirko starves to death on the 91st. His last images are of a man yanking his coveted pearl nose chain from his face, and he dies wanting his damn pearl back. Sooo...now he's a ghost. No more schizophrenia, because he has no brain. Woo. He spends a few seasons floating around Kalea, skimming through Lhavit, Kalinor, Alvadas and Sultros, looking for his pearl. Pearl status: No pearl.
Spring 512 to Spring 513 Denval, Syliras, Nyka and Mura. He discovers that he probably gets along worse with Konti than any other creature alive. Pearl status: No pearl. Everything sucks.
Spring 513 to present day, 514: He hangs out in Sahova before settling in his current location, Ravok. He's mostly just possessing fish and eating dead people floating in canals right now, hoping that his pearl may be on them. Maybe someone swallowed it. Who knows. He's doomed to an eternity of grasping at fuckin' straws. Pearl status: Still no pearl.

I think it'd be awesome if Yoona and Mirko met, if only because meeting a ghost has got to be interesting. Plus, if he's hanging around fish and dead people in the lake, I could see that being plot-relevant, too. Sorta. Probably. c:

I’d like to meet Mirko too They’d have an easier time starting up a conversation because Billie knows Nari at a basic level, and I read that Mirko doesn’t really like speaking anything but his first language. Also, Billie is Androgynous, so she’d kind of different I guess?
As for time Billie has been in Syliras there since late 511 till now so whenever you want within that.

Yoona: Oh geez, that massive river monster everyone's freakin' out about? Yep, Mirko is such an insufferable airhead that he's probably floated right through it several times by now. He would be useful when it comes to that, if...y'know...someone convinced him to care. It'd likely be pretty hilarious if Yoona gave it a go, if she's invested in that 'n all. Fishies aside, I am entirely down for them to meet whatever the situation. I do love me some Chaktawe, and I don't think he's ever really interacted with one (at least at length) before.
Venser: Yes, he's in Ravok, and yes, I would like. c: Mirko is usually pretty benign, so maybe Venser will get to have his ghost apprehensiveness lessened before he leaves. ...or maybe not, because Mirko does tend to get his feathers ruffled really easily and often out of the blue. It could go any number of ways. Therefore, I'm into it.
Billie: 1 million points for knowing Nari. That always makes him happy, and filling out his time traveling in different cities makes me happy. You'll be hearin' from me. ;D
