Hey All,

I'm looking to recruit help for Grading. We are quite behind on queue and it continually grows larger. I think it's wonderful that we have such creative minds at work and that you guys are cranking out threads. However, we only have so many Graders to keep up with the second part; Getting you your grades! I would like to see more Graders if possible.

I have also made it a goal to get at least 1 thread graded a week. This may not seem like much, but even a little goes a long way! I'm sure we all know how good it feels to get that Grade, add the new skill points and have something be finished!

However, I fully understand a busy schedule. What could we do to get some threads Graded? Perhaps a grade-a-thon? A challenge? Give me your thoughts!

I've been thinking about this grading problem too. Unfortunately, I have been sooo close with my grading test of becoming a grader. I was just upset when I couldn't make up for those scores. This is just a thought, but I wish there was a way to prove yourself if you haven't been able to pass the two Grading Tests. At least something like it. Line a second chance even though it would be attempt number three or something. But, the STs of the city could watch your grading closely, give you tips and advice on stuff with things that me been amiss?

I do what I can. For what it's worth, the shortest I've ever seen the Syliras grade request thread was 8 pages long.

If you have time to clear out the grades that have been done on a regular basis, that might make it easier for people to find the next grade request, and provide visible evidence of something achieved.

I am looking for some people that want to take on training lessons with Ball. He already has a squire and I will not be taking on another one until they are knighted. If anyone wanna take me up on this offer. PM me =D
