Describe your character in a short abstract? Jade is very easy to approach despite her some times scary demeanor. Just because she looks like she might hurt someone doesn't mean she will. The girl had started training as a squire before Syliras closed its gates, so she would like to find someone to help her keep up the training. If not the girl is worried about being able to defend herself from the dangers of the jungle

What are your favorite types of threads?:With jade action threads are fun
What types of threads do you despise?: pointless social threads
How would you like to see your character grow or change this season?:I would like to see Jade become more confident as a parent for sure and even more adventurous with the jungle
Describe your idea of a dream thread (if the fact that everyone posted regularly and a moderator was running it becomes a given)? The dream thread would be one that has enough action to keep interest while also flushing out my pcs back story more
Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses? I have only been really active for this past season and don't feel like I have really delved far enough in to say yet
How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator? I think you do just fine as a moderator. Your activity level doesn't bother me as a mod or a pc. I understand completely that you have to fight spammers, run the site, work, and tend to your home. So juggling all that I think you are doing great as a mod for our city

Describe your character in a short abstract? Nya is a protective Kelvic that is recovering from deep trauma stemming from captivity in Ravok. She's hiding out in Syka licking her wounds and recovering under the tropical sun.
Are you a Resident? If not, how long are you visiting for? Nya moved here permanently.
What are your favorite types of threads? I like adventure threads. I love it when PCs discover things and I don't even mind it when they are training skills and getting to know each other.
What types of threads do you despise? Threads where I have to do all the work because the thread partner doesn't advance the plot when they post.
How would you like to see your character grow or change this season? I would like to see Nya become an expert in Wilderness Survival.
Describe your idea of a dream thread (if the fact that everyone posted regularly and a moderator was running it becomes a given)? My dream thread would be that pivotal life changing thread where a PC really wakes up and comes to a realization of who they are and who they want to be.
Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses? Syka has huge strengths because it has so much story potential its not even funny. It's utter weakness is its lack of actual population and players. The nature of the city and the fact that it hasn't been opened long contributes to this. But with a population growth a lot of the potential can be seen too.
How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator? I'd like to see you enjoy being a Founder again. It sucks that its always so much work and not any fun.

What are your favorite types of threads?
I love social threads that have actual purpose alongside being social. For instance, two characters exploring up the beach to try and see what they can find etc
What types of threads do you despise?
Honestly I like most types of threads, but at the moment I’d have to say threads that have no purpose or point to them.
How would you like to see your character grow or change this season?
I’d love for Ani to improve her wilderness survival and manage to learn how to swim, maybe even improve her fishing skill.
On top of that I’d love for her to learn about more gods

Something life changing, where all characters involved have something that greatly impacts them, be it a life changing realisation, a gnosis mark, or even the loss of a limb.
Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses?
Do to my unplanned absence last season I can’t really say much in depth, but from what I’ve seen I’d say it’s strengths are how much of it is undiscovered. It’s exciting for all players involved seeing as how they can all take part in its discovery.
Weakness-wise, it’s the lack of long term player involvement, which I can admit that I am also guilty of. There are a lot of people who come here but then just vanish.
How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator?
Honestly I love your moderation technique, but I see that you aren’t enjoying things as much. That’s nothing you can really control but I hope that you find the joy in it again

Describe your character in a short abstract? Religious mercenary who is scaling back on the everyday troubles of violence for pay and moving toward a more relaxed life of jungle exploration and adventures.
Are you a Resident ? If not, how long are you visiting for? Pulren is a new resident of Syka, his claim being near Treasure point adjacent to Nya Winters.
What are your favorite types of threads? Combat/adventure
What types of threads do you despise? Despise is a strong word. I'll do anything. Probably solo skill grinding, which is my problem.
How would you like to see your character grow or change this season?
More knowledge of Gods, history and events. More survival/life skills.
Describe your idea of a dream thread (if the fact that everyone posted regularly and a moderator was running it becomes a given)? Meet Laviku or an Alvina. Even an Otani would be fine.
Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses? Strengths: Open territory and land claiming as well as spots for player businesses. A real chance at a community. Weaknesses: More of a suggestion. Perhaps we can donate money or the bungalow rent can go toward community wide improvements, like that sawmill and other things.
How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator? Don't be so hard on yourself.

What are your favorite types of threads? Adventure type - in any form. Exploring a beach and (trying to) socialise. Running into some animals in the jungle.
What types of threads do you despise? Threads that have no purpose and point, and don't seem to progress anywhere (or take too long)
How would you like to see your character grow or change this season? Maybe get some friends. Earn someone's respect. Actually respect someone else. Learn that maybe she can't survive on her own, and that people aren't useless, and that the gods don't hate her.
Describe your idea of a dream thread (if the fact that everyone posted regularly and a moderator was running it becomes a given)? Something that constantly challenges, that has great risks. Where Merevaika is pushed to her limit in ways I can't/wouldn't think of, and changes as a result of it.
Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses? An amazing setting that has everything for both business and survival and exploration. However it's also so quiet and should be busier, because there's so much to do!
How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator? Just doing stuff you enjoy, however that may be, because then it's fun for all of us.

Are you a Resident? If not, how long are you visiting for? Ixtli is a Resident (or about to be).
What are your favorite types of threads? Adventure and exploration types or any that allows character development through socialisation and learning.
What types of threads do you despise? I'd say threads that stagnate for lack of plot.
How would you like to see your character grow or change this season? I'd like Ixtli to improve some skills of course but also find her place within the Syka community, meet people and explore the Maw. Big goals!
Describe your idea of a dream thread (if the fact that everyone posted regularly and a moderator was running it becomes a given)? A adventure with big risks and rewards, one where the PCs have to work together and rely on each other's different skills to overcome challenges!
Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses? For strengths I would say the settings and the development possibilities, with all the undiscovered wonders hidden in the jungle. Being a new settlement it also leaves PCs a lot of freedom to build the city up as they like. For weaknesses... Well it kind of goes together with the newly-founded settlement thing: many services aren't available and the population is very small. But this can change with time.
How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator? Honestly I don't know what to say here. I guess... As long as you enjoy yourself and your stories, everybody else will!

Are you a Resident? If not, how long are you visiting for? I'll be here until either, I gain a lead on something extrodinary, or until I find I'm not welcomed.

What are your favorite types of threads? I love to participate in threads with in-depth plot and compelling character development.

What types of threads do you despise? I really hate to be in threads that are there for filler and no real purpose.

How would you like to see your character grow or change this season? I'm new so I would like to see Issie grow as a character on a sheet, to a character in the world. Him making some connections and maybe friendships.

Describe your idea of a dream thread (if the fact that everyone posted regularly and a moderator was running it becomes a given)? My ideal thread would be of all of us are highly invested into a very deep and meaningful plot and our characters are growing and forming bonds with each other.

Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses? The biggest strength of Syka is that it is a new place to now be developed in any which way to give it a life that could be very unique. However, because of Syka being very new it will hae a small population of players.

How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator? I have never seen your skills as a moderator, but if there is anything that you could do it is that you could focus on enjoyment of both you and the players.

Describe your character in a short abstract? A city dweller looking to start a new life in a fledgling city.
Are you a Resident? If not, how long are you visiting for? I would like to become a resident.
What are your favorite types of threads? I enjoy adventure threads, training threads, violence threads, and social threads.
What types of threads do you despise? None at the moment.
How would you like to see your character grow or change this season? The goal for my Isur is to create a semi-permanent homestead and work to build a forge. He will be heading into the jungle to look for mineral deposits mostly iron and start on a mine for the city. I will have to talk to Gossamer about that tread.
Describe your idea of a dream thread (if the fact that everyone posted regularly and a moderator was running it becomes a given)? I would love to see how the Myrian's and Dhani civilizations in the region feel about the little settlement, Syka.
Can you define Syka's strengths AND weaknesses? None. It a beautiful city. I have a feeling my city dweller will have issues adapting to such a privative way of living.
How do you want to see me improve as a Moderator? Nothing at the moment.
