You might possibly be insane. Or if not, that probably did you in. At least its pretty.

And I've a question for all of you. Do you have any good hints as to what makes a good battle post? You know, sparring or fighting in large groups, like in the Survival thread. I've never done one before and am finding myself really overwhelmed and writing poorly on it. Rakazar and Vanator on the other hand are fantastic at it and I can't figure out why!

Write everything in the same tense! *ducks* Past tense! *ducks again*

I think what makes a good battle scene is leaving the endings open ended so someone else can jump in or do something... don't just kill something and stand on your kill with your weapons upraised saying how great you are... people do that! Instead, get hurt, miss, take blows, be scared... and describe the chaos that most battles are!
