Work was a little slow...basically our systems went down so for like 3 hours no one could reach us. So I seized the moment and wrote a TON. I'm within reach of NaNo now with 40k+ words...Right where I wanted to be. Also I put up placeholders as follows. Some of you need to put in placeholders in these threads as well being that the threads revolve around your characters.


A Walk to remember This one will be the fallout of the beautyfest thread you all have going on. Right now I would like Gianne and Rhy to join. If more of you want in let me know and we can work something in but right now Gianne and Rhy you two are kinda required don't you think?


Something Beautiful This one is on the 69th. All I need for this thread is Kavala for the time being...and maybe Gianne...So if the two of you could post placeholders in this one that would be wonderful.

And as far as I know that is all I got. There are some outstanding threads I want to bring up to the group, just as a hey check these threads out and post placeholders before the season change kind of thing.

I just had a few reminders for people here.

First off, its almost the end of the Season so if you want to get any last minute threads posted, I'd do that. Secondly, Serrif... The whole of Riverfall is being attacked on the 70th and most of us are tied up in threads there. Sorry but I can't join your thread for me since there's a major timestamp conflict, especially since its something for a gift and not for you know, saving Riverfall. I think most of the late 60's and early 70's are locked up around RF with threads I have planned or that will be aftermath wrapups of that attack.

Also, as a reminder, The Sanctuary will be locked down as of the 80th. So any supplies you will need or things that will take you outside need to be gathered prior to that. The late 70's timestamps are getting full so be sure you pay attention to threads there.

Also.. and this is important. I've created the Cytali and I want to talk about them for a moment. It's a plotline that Kavala has been quietly and patiently working towards since I put them in the Wiki. This is a fact I've made no secret about OOC.. even though Kavala has never told anyone about it IC besides Vanator. She's had a dreamwalk with Serrif, but all he knows about it is via a dream. To say you know more is to take OOC to the IC.

I want these plotlines to patiently develop and grow. I'm slowly introducing new aspects to the Sanctuary plotlines. I even have it set up to introduce the main protagonists to the Cytali next season as part of our whole Sanctuary doings. If someone else is trying to get you involved in the Cytali, really... it's not their place. You need to be patient. I haven't built up The Sanctuary overnight. It would be horribly wrong to do so. It's taken irl years. I'm not about to rush the Cytali too. I know people get excited about plotlines and IC doings, but please be patient. It will be far better if it comes with time. If you can't be patient and let things happen organically in thread, then this perhaps isn't the place for you and the Cytali isn't your organization. In fact, the way The Sanctuary is designed, none of the healers really do need to be involved. They can operate separately. But I hope you see that by making all of you train in weapons, get physically fit, and diversify IC that I am as a leader pushing you guys slowly in one direction and making sure you are ready by the time we start slinging big guns this way.

I'm not spinning my wheels. I'm biding my time and doing things right. I don't want anyone to ever take any OOC information IC either. There's a time and a place for folks to get to know about these things.

Please be respectful of the work I'm trying to do here. If you can't be, then perhaps this isn't the place at all for you.

Here's one last thing I wanted to do in fall. This is for Leo and Van, but if anyone else wants to help they are welcome too. I did the map last night before I went to bed. Its a cross country training course for horseman and women of all four levels. All jumps will have to be created and the trail cut. We can invent some pretty cool obstacles I think. It will probably take more than a single thread so I want to placeholder it. I'm thinking about two or three threads. I have most of the 50's open... so how about say 54-69 timestamp wise? And how many threads? The trail cutting won't take much, but the jump building might. I think this would end up being a location all the Rivarians could use for threads.

Oh cool! This is really neat. Serrif would lend a hand but he wouldn't be much good for anything past lugging around wood and stuff. He still doesn't know that much about horseback riding....I know the irony....

Vanator is pretty much away from Sanctuary from the 60th to the 72nd. So I put placeholders in for the first two Wolf Creek threads, since he surely could do the first, and probably the second, but I assume the last would be near the end of the 54th-69th time frame when he is gone.

I would join the cross country threads, but I am officially swamped. No more threads for me until I complete a few! I'll put my last placeholders in the few I was joining, then work on catching up on old stuff. So any of my thread partners, I hope to be catching up slowly but surely tonight and Sunday! I won't be on tomorrow, maybe at all, because I'm going to the hospital in the city and don't know how long I'll be there. Just a heads up.
