Hi Guys.

I'm a huge fan of Dance Moms the reality TV show probably because when I was young I was on a competition dance team for 9 years. Granted, I wasn't competing at the level these kids are, nor was I as serious of a dancer at all. But still, I'm saying this because I love the show and I love some of the ways the instructor motivates the girls to dance.

So I thought we needed some motivation for events in The Sanctuary. I don't want to offend anyone, but I still want to spice up the competition a bit and keep tabs on what everyone is doing and how they are doing it. And to do this I thought I'd adopt Abby's pyramid reward system only with a twist. Participation in this 'competition' will be voluntary of course, but with big perks. Each season there is going to be a big prize at the end of the season - 1,000 gold mizas, to the top winner. I thought it would be cool to have a pyramid weekly of people participating, doing extraordinary things, and being active. The person that gets on the top of the Pyramid the most (placement in tiers on the pyramid gets points) gets the most points and wins the cash prize at the end of the season. I'll front the cash!

Here's what I mean...

So what do you think? Would you guys be interested in a friendly competition for cash like this? We'd get lots of chances for placement on the pyramid (once a week!) and an incentive to post to threads, be involved, make up plots for The Sanctuary, etc.

This might be a totally stupid idea, but let me know either way!

Hi guys...

I'm not sure where everyone is, but I wanted to let you all know I'm having a really busy week involving lots of stress regarding my irl job. Not only do I keep getting called into work early but I'm dealing with some other issues as well so posting is going to be kinda slow, but I will keep up!

Is everyone around and just not watching this thread? I know Elem has retired, and Vanator has been busy too. But I'm not sure where everyone is or what you guys are up too but I sure wish you'd pop in and say hi and check up. I feel I should leave cookies or something to bribe you all back. I've asked some of the Cyphrus staff to run our little quest for us, but if they don't get back soon we'll just post it.

Anyhow... how's everyone else?

Actually...I would like to work on developing Vanator this season and getting to know the new residents (and know the old one's still around better!). I also hope to manage my time better to post more for him.

Sanctuary is an amazing place and I love being part of it....just sayin'!

Hey, Kavala!

I'm running behind on my characters, so I've been scarce as of late. I've made posting as Tia my priority, so you'll get some more out of me soon.

I would like to familiarize Tia with the other residents as well so she knows people by name and not just by face. Additionally, I'll be conking out cooking threads and some gathering threads for little plants that have grown and supplies from Riverfall. Does Sanctuary have a pantry where I can store some non-perishables? When I think of it, non-perishables probably don't exist on Mizahar unless the food has been preserved and would most likely just account for salted and dried meats, so I'd understand if we didn't.

I realise I also didn't respond on this earlier, but I'm in favour of the competition you laid out a few posts back. I think it's a unique way of urging us to participate more and it's brilliant!

Just a quick little update.

Jackalope has agreed to run that dungeon crawl *cough* ruin crawl thread for us. I'll pm him the details today and hopefully we'll get it started this week. Who all is interested in going? We're going to hopefully run into an magic and mayhem afoot.
