Not necessarily in the order of what Siiri fears most, but anyway...
1. Large bodies of water
2. Failing to fix her sister's lame leg (which requires at least a mark 3 Healer) so that the title and role of matriarch doesn't fall on her shoulders. On one side it's selfish, because she clearly doesn't want the responsibilities that would come with it (she thinks it would bore her to death), on the other hand she truly wants her sister to claim the birthright denied her because of some twist of fate. Failing to achieve this means she will live the rest of her life trapped in a cage without bars, and deny one of the people she loves the most her dream.
3. Finding Miharu in danger in which she can't help the Kelvic.

Rhysati is a sadistic, masochistic hedonist who never looks too far ahead and never looks behind, so in a word:

I'm actually afraid to delve into her personality any deeper than that because of what I may find.

I think Rhysati and Victor would get along (then she would kill him). He's also afraid of being alone (not emotionally, but physically) which is kind of just a function of boredom.

Maybe I need to flesh him out some more so he can have some decent, deep-rooted fears. :P

[Elhaym]

For Elhaym...

1) Confronting Crow, otherwise known as Oyama Tye. The woman killed her brother and maimed her father, and Elhaym has since discovered that she is a runaway Shinya who not only is a genius tactician and prodigy in combat and projection, but has taken to the forbidden art (in Lhavit) of Voiding as well. As much as she wants to kill Oyama, Elhaym fears that she won't be able to actually kill her.
2) Projection and the Flux. She was forced to learn Projection under the Shinya, though the Flux was more or less a choice. Still, having been raised in Syliras she cannot shake her mindset that these arts are dangerous at best. She can already feel the itch beneath her skin when she goes without unleashing her astral self for too long, and the thought that these magics may kill her even if Oyama doesn't are never far from her mind.
3) A much more simple fear, but a fear none the less. Elhaym has found the beginnings of a family in Lhavit with Kota Hamado, her mentor and lover. Happily in his arms, she fears the day she may lose him.

[Faroul]

Faroul's fears:

1. Zith. Just... Zith, man. Symenestra too.
2. Hai. Thinking about it, talking about it, or gods forbid, going back there.
3. Hope. Few things are crueller.

[Veldrys]

#1 falling in love (he doesn’t want to poison anybody)
#2 being alone (which is something of a contradiction in connection with #1)
#3 failing to become a priest (he’s worried that he’s not good enough)
#4 being hated by Viratas (he’s worried that what he does doesn’t meet his god’s approval)

[Drayton]

Drayton

• Birds and their flapping
• Anonymity/Failing to do something memorable and getting washed away by time
• Staying in Sunberth all her life

Cilaes

• Mostly just the fear that the purpose he found for himself was just something he made up and he fell for no reason. Or worse, Leth didn't want him anymore.
• Also, being trapped underground/small confining places in general to a lesser extent.
